Ok... I went to this old navy yesterday and it was super disorganized! It looked like a store that should be on hoarders. Not only was there stuff everywhere, but you couldnt find things because they were strewn about the whole store. Instead of the same color on every rack so you could find your size, it was a bunch of different styles all on one rack. The whole store looked like a clearance rack. Worse than that, the dressing room was covered in clothes. When I opened the door to my dressing room, someone had put a giant pile of clothes on a cart in front of my door and I had to move the cart to get out. If I were the district manager, I would suggest closing the store until it looks like an old navy.

I do most of my shopping here online, but do come to the store if I need something fast or have returns. Sign up for their emails and you will never have to pay full price for anything if you watch the sales. Best place for kids clothes for the value and selection. Only complaint would be the dressing rooms have really cold cement floors. Wear socks if youre trying on clothes.

I have never made it farther than ten steps into the store without a helpful staff member asking to direct or help me. Great service! If I had to nitpick, I might wish for more plus size clothes. Since I mainly shop for my kids, I am always happy with the styles, selection, and prices, all with excellent attentive service.

Love this old navy! It is one of the cleanest and most organized old navys Ive been in. Much better than the one at Jordans Landing or the Orem store.
