I was pretty disappointed with the lack of professionalism at the management level, the boy helping with merchandize was wonderful. I would recommend shopping across the way at Journeys. Theyre much more fair priced and they werent disturbed when I inquired about a military discount. Hopefully they can figure out how to train their shift managers how to be a well mannered professional instead of rolling their eyes when asked a simple question. Thanks.

I love Vans and this store does a good job. I do prefer to shop at their store at the outlets though just because here it can get pricey. Great place, though.
