I have been shopping at Nordstrom for almost 30 years and the Rack for 20. I have probably spent over $50K dollars with the two entities. About a month ago, the Rack advertised a shoe closeout and the pair I picked said they ran true to size. When I received them they felt good. I wore them to work. Apparently the reason they were on closeout is because they DID NOT run true to size. Bad blisters. They grew as I wore them. Immediately took them to a Rack store and the manager said that it was my loss as they had been worn. Nothing could be done. This is not the Nordstrom I remember. Thank God we have other choices in stores to shop from today. I am done as a customer. Buyer beware is their new policy. I left the shoes at their front counter and asked them to donate them to someone in need.

Would NOT recommend this location at all. Called ahead for a return and told them I didnt want to come in if they wouldnt do it since I had to drive over a hour. I have also worked retail and explained that I understood if they couldnt do the return. The person on the phone assured me they could do the return. I drove up on a Saturday, walk in, and am told they wouldnt do the return. I explained what the customer service person said on the phone and the manager rudely explained that she gets the last say and what the person said on the phone was wrong. This literally just happened so whichever rude manager was on duty Sat, June 4 @ 6:30pm. 2 thumbs down for this Rack!

I felt a bit singled out due to the fact that I wasnt exactly dressed how others where in the store because I just got off work but it definitely made me feel uncomfortable because I was followed through out the entire store and I was just treated snobishly, so I was very dissatisfied with my experience and I will be taken my business else where for now on.

Most of the stuff is still way more money than I want to pay for it but I give it 5 stars because they saved me from having to shop at a specialty bra store where the cheapest, most unattractive bra costs $80. I wear an unusual size so I was delighted to find such a great selection for half of what I would otherwise have to pay.

Big assortment of shoes. Found some great Magnanni dress shoes. I love that theres always secret finds here. You really dont know what little treasures youll find here and the savings are awesome. The employees are so helpful and nice, very courteous and will really help me out when I need it.

Didnt like the employees, they were a little snobby and when I asked about the debit card the girl acted as if I was imposing on her perfectly good day... She didnt smile at all. The store is so unorganized and the shoes were misplaced. I dont think I will ever go to this location again.

I have been in several times this week doing exchanges buy shampoos and perfumes. They workers go above and beyond to let you know the deals give there opinion and let you know how to get the most out of your shopping experience. Everyone is always happy friendly and ready to assist!

Get ready to dig for bargains! Just like the name implies, there are a lot of racks to dig through. This place reminds me of a Ross Dress for Less, but slightly fancier. If you are looking for reduced-price slightly out of fashion name brand clothing, this is your store.

Great store! This Rack has a bunch of stuff in it and a huge selection of shoes... which is why I usually go! They are always busy and honestly they could use a few more cashiers. Other than that they are great! I shop here a lot.

I like that they have selection of brands like Rag and Bone, Obey, Penguin, Scotch and Soda ect. The store is a mess though and sizes are always mixed up and wrong in reference to the rack. The staff is helpful at the register.

The staff is very helpful and seems to somehow know where items are located. This is surprising given the messy presentation you get in the store. However, they have a good selection and good prices, so I keep going back.

Really good selection and a lot of the product I had seen at the main Nordstrums stores only a few months ago. There is tons of stuff crammed in to the store so organization is not the best, but it is all well marked.

If you play it right you can get great deals at Nordstrom rack, but not everything is a great deal. This location feels a little bit cramped and frequently pretty on organize especially the shoe section.

It can sometimes feel like they just survived a riot. The staff is amazing at cleaning up after the customers. I wish customers would be a little more considerate instead of just throwing things around.

The store and selection is fine, but every time I come here I wait in the check-out line FOREVER. The cashiers are chatty with each other and slow, and frankly the wait makes me want to shop elsewhere.

Great place to shop, good prices, watch for the sales -- especially clear the rack sales events. This place is usually pretty busy and have never been able to buy something without waiting in a line.

4/5 - Good selection, cheaper than Nordstrom itself, but still not cheap. They have a decent selection of clothes though, and occasionally you can find incredibly good deals on mens suits.

Gave up trying to look at clothing on racks. EVERY rack was so crammed you couldnt move them! Than had to wait in line to check out for 15 minutes!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Love the selection here. Sometimes its hit or miss with sales. It can be very expensive but they carry high quality brands and the materials always wear well.
