I came to this location on Black Friday night. Even though it was packed with people and the lines were long, the staff was enthusiastic and eager to help; there wasnt one staff member that had a bad attitude. Even the fitting room is impressive because while the associate is handling the unwanted apparel and the crowd, they still are more than willing to attend to your needs (getting different sizes and whatnot). They have a button you can press to notify the worker, in their dressing rooms that says "Dont worry well get it" Not to mention the 40% off the entire store sale.. Like how much more could you do for us? The only reason I didnt rate AEO 5 stars, and only 4, is because of their pricing. Even after the discount, youre still paying more than most places charge for regular retail price.

I returned an item I got online, at this store today, but after waiting in line for longer than expected, given that there was only one person in front of us, the other employee there decided to open a cashier and start our return, however she told us that I could not get my money back to my Pay Pal account, she was rude about it, I asked if this was in the policies and she said yes, but going over the return policies, I dont see this, the other employee there actually suggested something else she could do, but she just turned it down. I ended up with a gift card, and my husband telling me to never buy anything from AE again and just to stick to the stores we usually buy online from. I wanted to give AE a chance cause I shop online a lot, but this experience just drove me away.

Not again if they change the music selection or turn the music down! All what plays there is RnB/hiphop/rap and not a fan! Told one of the associates that the music was annoyingly and loud and was given attitude back saying "try to have a nice day!" There needs to be a mixed variety of music and not for a demographic that doesnt shop at said store: we all know what demograph! ;)

Everyone there is super friendly. Their selections are always changing and American Eagle stays on trends. Their campaign ads are always supporting individuality and acceptance which is something I value a lot.
