This was a terrible shopping experience , the store was semi out of stock , no employees on the sales floor and the Halloween costumes and scary Halloween figures around be store terrified my little ones , how can one shops while their kids are scared to walk with them because the store manager had no common sense to realize children may be scared of this stuff all over the store ? Terrible

Took me 45 minutes to buy one item. I ran in, took me less than 3 minutes to grab the item, then straight up to the front of the store where I waited... And waited... And waited. Sad thing is that there really werent that many people in line in front of me. It took so long I wasnt able to take the item to my friend for her birthday, missing her birthday party. Next time Ill skip Ross.

There are always deals to be found. They have mens, womens & kids clothes. There is home decor, shoes, cell phone assessors (though not a ton). The biggest section is for women and teen girls. The quality is not the greatest... You do get what you paid for. There are name brands to find but you will pay more for it... But not as much as you would at a regular retailers.

Customer service was not good. The employees cared more about judging people thinking theyre going to steal than helping. Seems like they have problems with people stealing but it shouldnt be known or brought to the attention to all customers.

Lacking in what I would consider "normal" sizes. Found only 2 items (yes 2 pieces of clothing) in a normal size. If you are a midget or a size 0 anorexic, youll probably love the place.

If you love walking down endless aisles, there are some good deals to be had. Cant beat the prices - but the quality of Derek Heart brands is lousy. These are wear-and-chuck shirts.

When I first walked in I smelt a strong smell of floor cleaner and it lasted through out the whole store. Gave me a headache. Didnt get a chance to look at anything

They usually only have one cashier and the store is usually messy. It is a great place to find knick knacky items! I love getting my clothes from there :)

Plus size selection is pretty limited and boring but all other merchandise is pretty awesome at a good price.
