Customer service was great some times and really awful others. Staff could be catty and would gossip. Cute clothes for a decent price as well as jewelry and other accessories. Ive spent a lot of money at this store as well as others in Orem. Its been 6 mos. - 1 yr. since I shopped there because the staff seemed put-out/lazy about doing their jobs. There were a few staff over the years that have been great and others that are flat out condescending and gave the impression they hated their jobs/lives. I dont want to throw all the staff under the bus. The experiences turned me off to wanting to go back.

My favorite place to shop. They always have deals and discounts and will let you know at the register if you qualify for a free item. One time they didnt give me the discount on tge sign and i went back with my receipt and she then gave me 3 shirts half off instead of the 1. It was great

I went in with my wife the last week & she was helped by a very kind girl, i think her name was Maria. She was very nice & even spoke Spanish to my wife. I just want to say thank you for making her feel comfortable in the store & helping us right when we walked in. 5 stars for Maria
