The customer service was horrible and I got bed bugs from an office chair I bought there. Ive never had either of these things happen at any other good will. The employees there didnt seem to pay attention to anything I said, even though I knew exactly what furniture I wanted I had to keep repeating myself to the associate. Ill never shop here again, their standards seem much lower than all of the other locations and Im completely disgusted by the fact that now my legs are covered in bed bug bites.

The managment here is so rude! I live right around the corner so i come here often but for the 2nd time now i have been harrassed by this old man. Today i was looking at a hurley back pack that i liked to see if the zippers worked and he tried saying i stole something whuch i did not! I am appauled i even offered for him to look in my bag and he demanded to leave! Im going to report his bullshit. This is non sence! I was humiliated!

Would give a Zero star if I could! On Thursday, heard employee asking another on "Why the 1.00 thur Color tags had to be switched to another color!" What the heck? And I heard now most of the mesa area goodwill locations are doing this to get more $$ for donated items..... Hopefully the Tempe/Scottsdale/Gilbert locations arent doing the same thing also... Ill never shop @Mesa Goodwills again on thursdays!!!!

Got a pair of bearpaw boots for 5$. NIIIICE. A Caphalon anodized sauce pan for $6. Common, thats great pricing!!! Its a thrift store and looks like one but if you have the patience and a good eye, youll find a deal too. Sometimes youll find that thing you need, and other times nothin BUT its always fun looking. And you dont have to spend inordinate amounts of cash.

They always seem to be accepting donations, and have regular sells every other weekend. They give money twords a good cause. When you are looking for affordable items whether they be seasonal decorations or a cord you lost/broke it is worth stoping by to see what they have.

Normally everything there is great. Not so much today. Philly Sandwich with tots not warm and bread hard. Crispy chicken sandwich is normally huge. It was like child size today. What a disappointing visit today. Guess it just depends on what cook there is.

Its what you would expect of any thrift store. Dirty old, and you will leave smelling like a stale attic. Staff is always pleasant and if you look hard enough you can find some 2nd hand cool stuff for decent deals.
