The only thing good about this place is its location for local residents. The staff here is knowledgable but only for their own benefit. If you have enough disposable income to spend 500 a month on your pets diet, they will be more than happy to sell you an off the wall brand I'm quite sure they have a pact with. The owner and his "wife" are very pushy and if u need a refund for a product you purchased by mistake, your out of luck. No refunds here even with receipt. Your better off taking your business off the island to a more reputable place. I will never refer them to any of my pet loving friends. They give Ocean Merchants a bad name.

Shani at Animal House is the best! She took in our troubled Shih Tzu and has turned him around completely. Go in and see Bruce and ask her how he was described before she rescued him. Her knowledge and dog insight is #1 in my book and Im a breeder and know it when I see it. Great store too. Ask Bruce he shops there every day! Love you Shani, Darlene Horning
