So after picking up my poor little guy rocky from a grooming he was ready to go... so we get in the car and go home which is less than 10 minutes away , he immediately goes right into the house and lays on the couch as if something is wrong ... no more than 15 minutes laterms his eye is swollen shut and he is wincing in pain .. so I thought maybe he got bit by a bug and apply a compress to his eye and give him some benadryl.. that didnt seem to help. So I immediately call my vet who was able to tell me that he has a scratch / hole right in the center of his eye .... so the grooming has now put my little guy in agony and cost about $200 . I have attempted to contact petsmart multiple times today with no return communication which in my eyes goes to prove the company nor the employees actually care about pets or their wellbeing .. just a warning to anyone that thinks otherwise... It has no been over a week and I had actually gone into the store and spoke with a manager , who copied the vet bill and said that someone from corporate would get back with me ... Yea right I have still heard absolutely nothing and my poor little guy has gone back to the vet again for a check up on his eye which still isnt healed all the way so we need to continue the medicine for at least another week ! Had appointment for 12:00 had to wait until 12:15 because girl did not come in till then. We waited because we did not want her put in a crate because of anxiety issues from being in a puppy mill. We went back at 2 to see how she was doing. Did not see our dog. We asked where she was as groomer was doing another dog. We were told she was in the back drying in a crate. We talked to manager who pretty much said they can take up to 3 hours and do what they want. We are taking our dog someplace else and will not come back here. We were regular customers.

I took my 6 month old shitzu to cut hes hair. My appointment was for 11:40am I got there and they took him to the back. I was told 2 to 4 hrs. I went back at 12:30 and my bby was still in the back. I spoke to the manager and same bla bla. Around 3:00 they call my husband to let him know that Max was ready. They didnt do anything on him because he was moving to much. Got changed 20$ after 3 hrs wait for NOTHING. Absolutely not going back to this place.

The grooming center is horrible. They deliver awful cuts ( not even close to what you asked for) and they actually cut your dog. Our dog came back with gouges on the side of her face where her whiskers used to be. Do NOT send your dog here to be groomed. This review is specific to the grooming salon. The rest of petsmart is wonderful.

pet shop was clean but,i got a sugar glider (like a hamster) and they had a very bad selcetion the cage was out of shape (bending),no cage toys, no food,not very much stuff. And if they had cages they were over $150.00. im only 12 and i cant afford that much. plus the sugar glider was$100.00. (there really about $300.00 so i got a sale.)

7 times I went there for crickets and they never have any!! it is a waste of time unless you have large animals. I asked about it several times and they told me they dont have a large enough demand. Hello I been there at least 7 times and each time Im not the only one. Bad bussines. Petco at least listen to there customers

I had a great expereince in the store, staffs are friendly. They have a variety of products to look at. I suggest everyone to go in the weekday instead of the weekend because this store can be super busy in the weekend.

I love this store. No matter what I go in for I always wind up looking at all of the pets you can buy. They usually have items for every budget. I would go here over Petco any day.

Good treats and grooming products. I dont use the grooming here because the one time i did my Schnauzer was all uneven but i do shop for other stuff here.
