Not only is the selection of product great the customer service is exceptional! As a person who usually is more on the introverted side, I tend to get uncomfortable with over the top customer service and small talk, but Rocky was so easy going and articulate I was able to find what I needed with his help and recommendations! I can honestly say the amount of times I left a store of any kind that happy about my shopping experience I can can count on one hand! I definitely recommend this store for any pet owners, the store itself is very clean and organized and the workers are so friendly without being drones!

Great service, but its very very strange they dont advertise. The employee spent 45 minutes with me going over everything I needed for my new golden puppy :) He opened my eyes up to a whole world of food easily the best customer service I have ever experienced !! I really cant say enough if you have a dog or cat in the area you simply must stop by this shop, oh and you can bring your pets with you as long as they are on a leash !

Grooming in this location is fabulous! Erica does the most amazing job and I think she is the best groomer in the area. My other experiences with any of the larger companies was never this good. My dog always looks great! The care that is given here really has a personal touch. I would recommend Erica to everyone.
