If I could give this place negative stars I would. I brought my dog there for grooming for the first time to try it out and however they "groom" their animals... is terrible. When I first get there to pick my dog up I hear her crying in the back and I just assumed it was excitement to see a familiar face. But when she walked out she seemed kind of off but I didnt think much of it. I talk to the lady working and they CHARGED me a HANDLING FEE (keep in mind Gabby, my dog, is a 15 lbs shih tzu bichon mix). I have never gotten charged a "handling fee" at any other grooming places. When we get home she seemed almost traumatized like something had happened and not acting like her usual excited self. She also wouldnt eat or drink or even want to go on a walk (and think about how much most dogs love walks). A day passes she returns to normal until we look at her belly on the right side there is a HUGE BRUISE (guessing from the "handling fee" - they must have had a pretty firm hold!!!!) Overall terrible grooming experience... Would NEVER recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Store was very clean. Stephanie did a fantastic job grooming our golden. She paid attention to everything I asked for. They even made special arrangements for our us. Love the selection of collars and treats too !! We will definitely be going back ! Thanks to Nikki for the recommendation !

Fantastic little shop to get specialty treats, toys and food. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We got our dog a birthday cake for her 7th birthday. She absolutely loved it. High quality ingredients and feel good small business place.

The woman working at the shop was so nice. She helped us pick out a harness and leash for our shitzu poodle mix. She was very enthusiastic and gave us a sample bag of doggy treats.
