I went to pet goods and purchased a cadet dog bone. Upon further inspection I noticed it was infested with maggot like worms. Unfortunately, my dog had ate some of it already. Went back to pet goods and the current manager said his manager Lisa I believe would contact me being I was going to take my dog to the vet. After 5 days of no phone call back I called and was told nothing can or will be done. I find this ridiculous and not right especially with a Petco being across the street I would expect to be treated better. Will never return to Pet goods now and will be giving all my business to petco. Also there fish section is horrible. Every single time im in there at least a handful of fish have ich. Would not recommend to anyone.

I love this store. They have a large selection and very rarely have big lines. The prices for the things I buy are cheeper than the super market. I love that they have great hours so I can shop in the evening. The staff are friendly and willing to help you lift the heavier items. They also have a vet come in once a month for vacancies and various other things. This vets vaccinations are much cheaper than your standard vet. Get there early because it does get busy. Check online for dates. I cant understand why people go across to the competitor which is noisy, packed and much more difficult to get help.

The fish department of this store is deplorable! I went in this past weekend and all I saw was sick fish with disease (ich) and fin-rot. These people do not clean their tanks and there is no fish-experienced people in this Pet Goods. They should just stick to dog and cat materials and remove the fish department. I will never buy a fish from here and will tell everyone of the lousy experience. P.S. This is a real review...I am not a disgruntled customer...go check for yourself!

I come here for food for my pet snake and crickets pretty regularly. Food for my dog less so. Good place sometimes its hard to get someone to help you with a small animal but they have a good selection. They made a great recommendation for a breath bone for my dog.

There is a Petco across the street with better prices (surprisingly as Petco is always expensive) the Petco also has nicer staff.

Better selection of good that petco or pet smart. They take competitors coupons. I should have started coming here years ago.
