The selection of products are great. Although, we had an issue with hermit crabs here. Two of them we got had died within a couple days when brought home based on their treatment at the store. Their conditions at our home were as required and we still have one with us today. This was a while ago, and since then the store has made improvements in their care for those animals. The manager however is very unfriendly. He gave me dirty looks when I asked for help, and would bother with my needs. Very unprofessional.

AVOID their pet grooming! We took our Yorkshire terrier there and they did a terrible job. Looks like they had no idea what they were doing. Despite he "was behaving well" odd cuts, too short at places and skin cut on one leg. Not the right cut for his breed face. We are very upset and our poor old guy looks terrible.

Cant say enough how much I miss this store after just moving to Florida, for grooming Alyson was the absolute best with our dog. I miss her grooming Ayla so much! She truly loved and cared for her the way we do, highly recommend asking for her when booking! Thanks again for always taking the best care of our baby!

Clean And friendly!!!! Every single time we have gone its never crowded and always well lit. The woman working there are very helpful and very pet orientated. Wish they had a bit more selections for small animals but other than that theyre great!
