Well pretty much what everyone said. Dont come early. They wont let you on to the property. Petco wants their shipment but wont be sympathetic to the truck drivers and put a little parking outside the gate. Its a shame, Welcome to mega Corporation!

This place is the worst!! No open doors to unload in , stupid girl in receiving office gave 2 truck drivers the same door to unload in that is broken! Dont take any loads to this dump. Just dumped my Petco card !

Had 6 am appointment checked in at 5:45 am take 5 to offload guys comes after me they all get empty and leave in around 2 hrs when I checked in back in receiving office she had no answer no restroom for drivers

Appointment at 05:00, got turned away at 04:30? Really? No on site parking... Was told to go back over bridge and park on the shoulder.. for 30 minutes... Then come back...

Excellent place for a drop and hook situation. Its a huge facility. Live loads tend to take some time but it wont kill your day. Staff is friendly here.

Never get here early! They are unwavering on appointment times. Unless youre their JB Hunt dedicated drivers, you WILL be turned away.
