Ive been coming to this store for years and today was by far the worst experience Ive ever had here. To begin with there was one ignorant store associate, dont know her name, but she was an older Caucasian female with a bit of a stocky build who walked by me twice as I was looking for an item which wasnt on the shelf. As I looked at her to ask for assistance the "look" that I received from her simply exuded "dont bother". To finish as I was in line to check out it turns out that this same person was at the register for which I was next in line to be attended. As the woman in front of me finished and I moved forward, this "person" decided to close the register and simply walked away without so much as a word. I was livid at her actions but kept my composure. I hate to go in this direction, but it couldnt be taken in any other way considering her actions and the fact that I was at the time the only "Hispanic" in this small store. I will now take my business to "AGWAY" down the road in Columbus and will advise my friends and family to do the same.

Not very professional:( employees are rude when you find them! Seems like they are only there to collect a paycheck and because they want to be! Even though its farther for me I will drive out to the Allentown location as they are so much more helpful and friendly:) I was at the Southampton location yesterday and 3 employees were just standing in the store eating not working!very disappointed with this location and the staff that works there!!! I highly recommend driving the little extra and going to the Allentown location:)

not sure what has happened at this store. the cashiers are so helpful and friendly but the floor staff is horrible. they sit and talk and get rude if you interrupt to ask them a question. it is certainly not everyone but in the last few months things have deteriorated. they are out of basic feed and when asked i am told "someone stole 50 bags of hay stretchers" ........ or "she forgot to order them" it used to be a wonderful place to shop but i am discouraged.

Excellent customer service! Nancy helped in clarifying a website misunderstanding with much patience. She insisted that I could speak to Tom the store manager regarding the situation to resolve the matter and in doing so completely resolved the situation with excellent results!! I will continue to shop at this location knowing that the staff truly is dedicated in delivering exceptional customer service! Thank uou!

Tractor supply is the bomb. Cowboy boots at great prices such as ariat and Justin and Schmidt. Also clothing UCP as sleeveless tees and camo and button downs. Garden or farm equipment, truck trailer equipment. Weedwackers and trimmers. Bushes and fruit trees. Horse stuff dog stuff. If they had groceries I would never leave!!!

TSC is a great store in my opinion. This one in particular usually has at least 10 people seemingly working, yet they keep one person on register EVERY TIME. They also have an issue with keeping an inventory of dog food/chicken supplies. I hope it gets better here. Sad day

I went there last week, great experience, brought my items I couldnt find anywhere. The cashier was great, informed accurately where I could find my items, made my Grandchildren smile, and I was in an out. On my way to my next task, great service. Thanks guys.

Great customer service, they seem to want to break themselves to help you when you are looking for something they dont normally carry in stock. Even going so far as to order in different items for you to compare from their warehouse. Highly recommended!

A good place for yard supplies, pet needs, and hardware. Often has more of the nuts/bolts hardware than the H-D or Lowes in our area.
