Walked in and asked for GM power steering fluid. Of course they will not have actual GM product on the floor. I asked for the equivalent product. The employee responed with it dosent matter . My response was that Valvoline makes an equivalent product. His response was it dosent matter, we dont have GM power steering fluid When a customer comes in looking for a specific product... they are not looking for an opinion especially when there is a product available in the store. I went ahead and looked up the part number and found the product in the store. I promptly revealed the marking on the bottle stating it was the equivalent to the GM fluid. He was still in denial in saying it dosent matter. Honestly horrible service. When a customer comes in looking for something that the employee should know about, the customer should not have to educate the employee.

The tall strawberry blonde guy needs to work on his customer service skills. I was asking for an engine to ground strap, but didnt know exactly what it was called and rather than using his words to ask me questions he grunts and shrugs. Then I tell him that the guys at Jiffy Lube told us we needed a grounding wire for our engine, and he cuts me off, "Oh, thats all I needed to hear. Take it to the dealership. Dont listen to Jiffy Lube. They dont know what theyre talking about." Now, I am at Walmart next door and theyre super helpful.

This is a very clean and seems to be a pretty new AutoZone. I have had great customer service with the managers and also the employees. They have a tool rental program which the rental tools are in good quality and conditions. You basically buy the tool and when you return the tool they refund you the full amount. Great resource for working on my vehicles.

This place sucks and I will never return here again. Customer service is lacking. Very unfriendly and inconsiderate. They act as if youre an enconvenience. Why even work in customer service? Plenty of other auto store to go to or perhaps just shop online. Dont go here.

There were a total of seven people in the building. Three of us were customers. I could give this place a better review if I didnt have to stand in line while watching three other employees walk around the aisles or in their inventory area while one worked the register.

Overall cant complain, Im not a genius when it comes to working on cars so sometimes (rarely) theyll look at you oddly if you dont know the technical name of what youre needing, but theyve always helped figure it out and Ive always ended up with what I needed

Helpful staff, easy parking, well organized, and lots of merchandise to choose from. They helped me find what I was looking for, and even recommended a few other local shops for the specialty items they dont stock. I will definitely shop here again.

Every time Ive come here, I have received help installing my items. This time, the clerks refused to help me even though I told them that I didnt know how to work on things on my car. It took me 25 minutes to figure out how to install the item.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. The product selection isnt quite as robust as Pep Boys or OReillys, but adequate. Their price points are reasonable in comparison to the rest of the market.
