We recently had a fabulous experience here and I had to write about it. We are Whidbey locals and have used Les Schwab in Clinton for years, purchasing our tires there. Last year we purchased a new car, so obviously the tires were not purchased here. Recently our new Subaru had a low tire and we brought it in...they checked it, and did a full service check up and when we went to pay, they said there was no fee, and those were for tires that we had not even purchased from them. Its service like that which will keep us coming back...

Have had many oil changes done at this store and have had no problems until today. My truck takes 8.5 quarts and the mechanic put in 6. He assumed it was the same as previous yrs. luckily I looked at my paper work and caught the mistake. They corrected the problem. When I asked the manager "Will" if they have a manual to instruct them on oil capacities he tossed it on the counter and said "yes we do". My response was then why am I 2.5 qts short? No apologies and no response. We will not be back Will. Thanks

I called the day before Thanksgiving 5 minutes before they closed because I saw my tire was almost flat on the way to pick up Grandma. They let me come in and they stayed late to fix it for me. Absolutely great customer service!

Best place to get tires worst place to get a brake pad analysis because its overpriced and they come up with lies about what needs to be replaced
