Whoever is on shift at the moment as of 2:15pm 7/8/2015 i believe the manager should be fired immediately I have been shopping here for years and have spent thousands and have always came back even with so so service but this guy just pulled the last straw. he was very unknowledgeable, about his parts and was to lazy to look them up untill i told him i was looking right at it and gave him the part number. previous to that he said i needed a 150 some dollar part when i know that all i need is a 6 dollar part and a 12 dollar part. and then as im giving name and part numbers he continued to show how inept he is at his job by not even understanding basic knowledge of how a car runs and then proceeded to show me that he knew even less about brakes.... wich im sure we all can agree if you are the manager at a parts store you should atleast know how to change oil and brakes but he was even unfalimiar with the parts i knew they had just needed for my particular vehicle and he had zero idea as to what i meant and then got a snappy attitude with me and suggested i go to Shucks instead.... I have not had the end of this situation as i will be following through to upper management as to better the store and allow for more efficiancy that i know all of us have had a major lack of from this store and have put up with it for considerable time and refuse to deal with it much more. Ihope the manager reads this review and at his next job( cause he wont be here if i have anything to say) does better in general

The worst auto zone ever been to. Customer service once they finally did decide to help me was horrible. I bought a couple windshield wipers for my van just for after it took me half an hour to figure out what size cause they could not be bothered to assist me. I purchased blades went into parking lot took few minutes to change blade. Singular. Took other one back in to return it and employ took literally 5 mins examining package took it out of package. Then said I lost a piece from it. Really???? Finally did his thing and said wait for manager. So another 10+ minutes she finally decided i had waited long enough to refund my return. Well over an hour to get a wiper blade.... Makes a person want to go to Oreilly from now on.

Dont buy parts from here! Workers are idiots and lazy. I ordered a radiator online and went to go pick it up. The manager said FedEx just picked it. Which was a complete lie. I just bought it 15 min ago and there was a long line. Theres no way they could have pulled the part, process it, and have fedex pick it up. He didnt even bother to go look in the back or check on his computer. Never again will I buy anything from here! I will never trust someone handling my car parts with these type of people.

Terrible customer service I got SO much attitude when asking for help looking for a specific part and explaining my truck issue. Felt belittled and treated like child to only find out he couldnt answer my problem (once I was actually able to explain it) and had to ask another worker to take over. The second worker was extremely helpful and quick, but I noticed the attitude of the first worker dropped when he was talking to different customers before and after me. Lost a customer.04/20/17 around 7 oclock pm

Customer service was poor and manger had an attitude and he was rude. They need to learn the golden rule to treat people how they would want to be treated. Listen to your customers and keep an open mind that you can learn from your customers. If you dont like people or working with the public then go do something else.

I get my parts I need but dont ask for help they no less then you do. And they never answer the phone the manager told me that its to hard to answer the phone. I kept calling for over an hour the phone just kept ringing. Also if you want to wait in line for at least 30 mn then this is the store for you. Enjoy

Came in looking for a part and apparently there were 2 that matched my truck. JJ was a young guy that helped me out with my inquiry and he went the extra mile for me to get me the right part. This young kid has potential for a good management position. Thanks JJ.
