I am travelling through California in a 86 motor home and my alternator died in San Fransisco. It was impossible to find a shop that could help us out and even the auto parts stores didnt seem to know what the heck they were talking about. I called this Napa Autoparts and Scott was like an angel sent from heaven. I had lost all hope but even without pulling the alternator out he was able to find a match over the phone. He was SO incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I was more than happy with the quality of service and the product. These guys are great!
