The first point of my most recent visit was to have my battery checked for issues. They were really helpful to assist me. I also needed help finding out why my car has seemed to be sluggish in accelerating. So I asked for assistance with removing my air filter. They didnt know how to remove it. So I decided to order an air filter and change it myself. After about fifty minutes of looking throughout the store, they were unable to find one. S o I ordered one from another store to come to this store. When I came back the next day to get an air filter the next day, it didnt come and they had difficulty returning the preordered. The staff that they have there arent as knowledgeable as the ones that used to work there.

I was trying to buy a pair of trailer wheel bearings from this store last night. Fairly common bearing size. I called them to see if they have it in stock. The first question was the usual "year/make/model", I was trying to explain the guy (he told me he was the parts manager) that he needs different info and tried giving him the bearing number, which prompted him to tell me how hard Im making his job. At that point I gave up and waited till this morning, went to NAPA, gave them the 5 digit bearing number and 15 seconds later the 2 bearings I wanted were on the counter.

I called these guys to get a replacement part which they ordered, and charged to my credit card. 10 days later still no part. I called to get information on the shipment, and after having to research (which they did promptly) they get back to me saying its a shipping problem and I should call FedEx. Upon my complaint that they should be the ones to dig into the matter, I get the response "We just sell the parts" - totally unsatisfactory and IF I ever get the part Ill certainly never return.

These guys are always there to help you out. The only thing you need to know going in to the place is that it could be really busy and you may be standing in line, but just bare with them. Corporations are cutting corners everywhere and these guys are working as fast and as hard as they can. Prices are on par with the other local parts stores and sometimes even beat internet prices on items. I wish I didnt have so many broken cars but other than that Im happy giving them the business.

Whenever I have to use AutoZone I am always happy I chose them. I have gone to other places before but they always seem to judge me for not knowing much about cars. AutoZone always has good advice and really does want to help people with their cars. I went their the other day for a Check Engine Soon light in my wifes car and the guy came right out to run the test where other auto places simply give it to me and tell me to bring it back in when I am done.

I had just bought a new vehicle and the person that sold it to me said it didnt have any problems. Not true. I made it to Autozone and Mark immediately set about working out the problem. He found the solution, did all the work himself and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Grateful for people like him who help others in need when they are in a tough spot. I hope the owner knows how good they have it with Mark helping their customers out.

I would recommend Autozone to anyone. I have had multiple great experiences. The staff is so helpful. We drove the 48 states and anything we needed we found at Autozone. Light bulbs, batteries, and of course, outstanding customer service!

I really like the setup of this store in comparison to other Autozones. Every stores staff are different but these guys on Murray Rd are nice and helpful. Parking couldve been planned out a little better in my opinion but works.

Found a replacement headlamp that could be bought in pairs! I needed to be back on the road right away, The technician even installed the lights for me and packaged up the old ones! Great service and friendly technicians!

Awesome - so fast. The tech checked my code ... no codes; it was an auto oil light, and I had my headlight out, which he replaced in about 10 seconds because hes an awesome genius! Thank you!!!
