I hope that at my funeral Autozone will be there to lower my casket...... so they can let me down one more time. Ive gone to about every parts store out there. Been to autozone in the past but try to stay away because Ive never been happy with service or there conflict resolution skills, but I was desperate for parts and thought Id go this route because they had the parts I needed for the price I wanted to pay. Called them the night before and they said my parts would be there on the first truck around 930. Got a call in the morning saying my parts were in so I rushed from my house just to find out they didnt actually check the truck to see if my parts were there which they werent. Pretty mad at this point they said if you could wait an hour theyll be on the next truck at 12:30. I needed the parts bad enough so I sat around for another hour just to run into the same problem where my parts werent on the next truck. At that point I left the store and sat in my car in the parking lot. About two seconds of sitting in my car I got another call from autozone saying my parts were in. I told the guy on the phone to check and make sure they were there. When he actually went and looked; they werent there........ there is absolutely no communication throughout this company. And everything turns into a blame game on managers.

Store manager and assistant store manager Mike and Sam are two of the rudest people you could ever deal with in retail. They talk down to customers, have zero enthusiasm and act like you are inconveniencing their time. I have witnessed them being disrespectful to multiple customers in the past including myself. Sucks that the next closes autozone is in Beaverton. OReilly is right across the street. Go there instead.

What can you say about an auto part store before their selection of auto parts. Im not a car guy but I try to be cool... Its hard when the guy helping you keeps asking you to hold on so he can answer the phone and have a 5 minute conversation with someone not actually standing in the store. He did that 3 times while I was just trying to buy a gas canister... Took forever to buy one thing.

I was the only person in the store needed help with headlight bought it , didnt work so Charles said it was probably be the fuse but I do no about and fuses. Called back to get the name for store review. Mike answered ,asked who was the guy that had given me bad service.Mike answered back with Charles, with a pause and then said loud and clear said what the F##K!

This place is awful and the employees are worse. Especially Charles. I called before coming in to ask for a specific tool rental (wheel bearing press) and he said yep we have many sizes come on in. Drove 20 mins to the place he said they have a place place mat of tools to rent. Waste of my time and money. Do yourself a solid and never make my mistake!

This has become one of my go-to stores. Its the same distance as a few other local chain parts stores, but this store frequently has what I need in stock. I also live that I can look up the part I need on-line and check local store inventory so I can sometimes save a trip if its not in stock.

Worst customer service ever! Ive been waiting in line n 2 of them in front, one helping someone on the phone n the other fat/crosseyed ignores me and then someone walks in n walks straight to him and of course he helps him! Maybe hire someone that wants to work n can see better

I went in to check my battery and Sam said my battery needed to be change. He said, itll take him about 30 min, but he did the job in less. His customer service was great and most likely Ill be back if I need something for my car. Thank you Sam!!

Although I can usually find what I want, the products are either overpriced, or cheaply made, or both. There is usually a pretty long wait at the register, which can be a pain if you are carrying heavy or bulky items.

They gave me the wrong break pads. Autozone in se laughed and said they had no idea how I got the pads they gave me. Looked at receipt and said oh you went to the tigard store.... sorry..... wtf?

Very helpful staff, always willing to offer advice. Also, you can borrow a tool to diagnose your check engine light at no cost! They also take oil back for recycling which is very convenient.
