Recently my husband and I were referred to Permanent Ink at 284 West Main Street in Cortland, Ohio. Their newly remodeled tattoo studio is both comfortable and inviting, and combined with their attitude and outlook on life, all I can say is "I wanna go back!" :-) Our first visit was a total sucess which resulted in one gorgeous black and grey portriat tattoo that was designed by Kenny right in front of our eyes! He is a truely amazing artist and has wonderful ideas and suggestions. Our second visit was another success when I received a perfect tattoo that I had been visualizing for years and I absolutely LOVE! I have my next visit sceduled and I highly recommend that you stop by from noon to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and see Kenny and Tabby for your next artful, fun, professional tattoo experience. This place is terrible. I went in to get my first tattoo done, a small jellyfish on my foot. Kenny did not listen to what I wanted at all, and Im really unhappy with the result. I had told him that I wanted it more realistic looking, but what I ended up with is a rainbow colored monstrosity. It also faded extremely quickly, even for a foot tattoo. The colors are blotchy, and the whole thing looks really cheap, even though it cost me $200. They also said that they do touch ups for free, but I have left my number and tried to make an appointment for months now. Instead Im going to skinethics, and getting an actual professional to fix it. I wouldnt even recommend this place to someone I hate.

Kenny is the man!!! I will never go anywhere else for a tattoo! If youre looking for a down-to-earth guy with a great eye, great creativity and an awesome work ethic hes your guy. Permanent Ink was cool before the remodel and its even better now. Ive been in some uncomfortable tattoo shops but this place is one of the cleanest and most comfortable tattoo shops Ive ever been in. With any great tattoo artist you have to fully explain what youre looking to get done but expect for them to give their opinion because most of the time they are right! Kenny is a guy that you can trust to do an excellent job, 100% of the time. Dont hesitate to stop in and get a tattoo!!

Went in a few weeks ago and described what I wanted. Came back a couple days ago and loved the sketch that Kenny drew up. I wanted a unique memorial piece for my dad, and I got EXACTLY what I wanted and then some!!!! LOOOOOOVE my tattoo and I wont go anywhere else!!! Cannot wait to go back and get one for my kids next!! If you need a tattoo or piercing (I got my nose pierced here as well) go see Kenny!!! Great atmosphere, super friendly and amazing work!!!

Have been going here for years. Kenny and tabby are not only great people, but always make your visit feel like you have known them for years. I will not go no where else to get tattoos done. He is reasonable on his pricing, and will draw up your tattoo infront of you. Not only is he a good tattoo artist but one heck of a drawing artist as well. Highly recommend stopping by and checking it out.

I got my first tattoo here today, a black word on my arm in script. It looks really classy. I knew nothing about going to get that done but they were helpful and have very good prices for high quality. I would recommend!

About 6 months ago I had a ribcage piece done By Kenny and he did and AMAZING job! He did exactly what I asked for and I would and do recommend his tattooing skills to anybody!!! Amazing talent!!
