I went to this store to pick up just a few things this evening. As I approached the checkout I realized the only ones open were the you scans. I hate those things. And to make matters worse, the line was enormous. The couple in front of me had 2 full carts of groceries. Several people got in line behind me with full carts as well, and even though there were cashiers milling about and cleaning the (closed) lanes no one even acknowledged the growing line at the You scan. Everyone in line was very unhappy. I was very disappointed. What happened to customer service? I expect better from Kroger. If I wanted this type of service Id shop at Wal-Mart, which is closer to my home and cheaper.

I had this at 5 stars until what happened on my shopping trip today. The item rang up at the incorrect price as there was supposed to be a Kroger discount. I told the girl at the checkout register since I was at self-checkout she took my item back proceeded to rip down the pricing and said all those are expired thats why. Well according to Michigan law they are still supposed to abide by those prices so I feel a bit violated in regards to the situation and wont be shopping at Kroger any longer.

I go here often for the past 6 years and i know many of the faces . Most are helpful and friendly but a few are just not.. The upper management is unfriendly and not willing to even say hi or move out of the middle of the aisle when youre walking by. But this is probably similar to a lot of places, the higher you are in management the more important you think you are, when after all, your pants go on the same way.

Really like this Kroger! Its what you typically expect out of a Kroger, which is why I like it. lay out is simple. Lines go quick at the registers. Easy to get in and out of but also has everything you need for weekly grocery shopping.

Its an OK Kroger but seems kinda small and run down. Has an interesting healthy area where most of organic stuff is and stuff like that. I still feel its miss some of the usual variety and quality you get at other Krogers.

Pretty good. I found most of the stuff I wanted, but the layout of this store is confusing, and there isnt a single refrigerated non-alcoholic beverage section. I like the store on Beck Rd and Pontiac Trail better.

Set up is great, and they have a very large natural and organic food section; compared to one isle, like most other locations have. Its clean and has a nice deli, cheese, and meat department.

Aisles are too small and cramped. Lines get very long at checkout. Employees in the way stocking in the middle of the day Saturday. Long wait at butcher and seafood counter. Typical Kroger.
