I did not have the same problem as @dczumwalt had. The lady spoke with a bright voice on the phone and she had me on hold for about a minute maybe two. We were able to schedule an appointment right away. When we got there, the lady was very friendly. But we got the best groomer there, so before you make your appointment, ask to make your appointment with January. She is very careful and loving towards the dog and she seems to love her job very much. Do Not have any males do it. They dont seem to know what they are doing based on the other dog I saw. One with glasses doesnt talk very nicely to the dogs saying things like, "whats the matter with you?" gosh" So make sure to ask for January. She is very nice. My dog seems so happy.

this is our local shop for all things animal. We purchase our dog food here and had a great experience last time when the lady at the register used a coupon for 50% off our dog food brand. she also gave us an extra coupon for later use! definitely helpful and the workers there always have a smile on their face. the products can be a bit pricey, but theres always items on sale, so keep your eyes peeled for those.

One of my favorite places to take my dog. Large selection of toys from him to choose from. It never smells bad or like animals here. Also great products for other animals such as: Cats, Fish, Reptiles, and Small Pets (Mice, Guinea Pig, etc.)

horrible phone service!! I called and navigated there automated phone menu only to be put on hold forever, finally I asked to be transferred to there grooming dep only to be put on hold for almost 7 minutes!!!!

Not happy with my visit tonight. Not very helpful and i have to search for help. Not shopping at this store. Maybe if theres more helpful people. The manager could have a little customer service, too.

Went there for freshpet refrigerated dog food (the chicken rice n carrots one )they only have one type I want the regular one and they dont carry it. Buncha snooty pets inside anyways, pshhh.
