After seeing the sales for Koi fish food online, I called the store to compare the price. A male employee who went to check the price told me it was the same as online. However, once I got there, the price at the store is twice the online price! A RUDE and CARELESS female employee there kept telling me "since you dont remember THE NAME of the person who youve talked to...theres not much we can do..the best thing is 5% discount." Well, he DIDN"T tell me his name! And what the h*** am I gonna do with $3 discount?! I thought theres the TRAINING each employee must go through before started working...they didnt tell you anything about CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

I went in to sign my pup up for classes and was met by a very rude woman. She acted as if I was not worth her time and told me she was busy getting ready for her next class in a nasty tone and to come back when she had free time in a hour. She seemed angry that I stopped her from whatever she was doing. If she was nicer about it I would have gone back. Im taking my business to Petsmart.

me and my friends buy fish tetras. gormi tiger barbs tons o fish we share sell to each other and used to go here . they have a limit . i have 200 and 350 gal and 55 for plants . LOT OF money in the past came from me and my friends you limit us you go we are sorry . why the -- would stop selling to us . signed you customers

I took my dog in today to have the service #3 but the lady added something and after they done the bill charge for #2 & 3 ($47 for a little Shiba inu) but they point on the board say they did #1. This people will cheat if you are so nice and dont check for the price when you coming. I WILL NOT come here again.

I would truly not recommend this place,lady with a big mole on top of her lip and tattoos was very rude. Im never coming to this place again. She was very disrespectful and rude. Hopefully they do something about it.

i can get all my pets taken care of at once. My dog loves to visit with me and it is a good place to practice his manners at. Staff is always courteous and helpful and offer treats to a well behaved fur baby!!!

Went to get my dogs hair cut and this lazy employee flat out denied my dog because of his type of hair. Horrible service, ended up going to Ambers Luxury Pet Hotel where they provided excellent service.

Went in there and my card didnt work they said takes 90 days so I couldnt get the stuff for the sale price. I said forget it and went to petsmart where they always take care of you. What a joke.

Decent pet shop if you are looking for fish or hamsters. If you are more discerning there are better places to go.

Wont sell more than 8 fish at a time. I have a 600 gallon heated pond and they wont sell me the fish i need
