They did not disclose the extra charges associated with removing minor matting. And I mean MINOR! When I confronted the girl who helped me (droopy eyed brunette) she was rude about it claiming that she did. She most certainly did not! I had to get a manager involved to formally complain about this employees poor attitude. Use one of the other local groomers. They may cost a hair more, no pun intended, but the job youll get is much better. They cut my English Springer like a Cocker Spaniel to add insult to injury. This in-store groomer stinks!!

If you need to go here for the banfield hospital they are friendly and professional. The front desk lady Dona is a sweetheart and very caring. The stock they have for the animals is good too. Just about all you need and they have a grooming station. As I said though they do care and are professional. Any interaction with other dogs they make sure yours has had its shots especially rabbies, before you they can make contact with other dogs in station or training lessons.

Took my husky pup here and she left scared. Ready to leave and go home. As compared to her trip to Petco where she was very happy and calm after her first visit. Other than the grooming experience great store. Multiple choices. Little expensive but otherwise a nice clean store.

It was good until I told my grandpa that there was some dead beta fishes and a tall lady said that there arent any dead beta fishes and I had my sister check for any dead beta fishes and she found some. So, Pet smart is good, but dont assume something without any evidence.

The last time i took my dog here he came home terrified. I took him back a month later and i dont think ive ever seen him so scared. I havent taken him since. Please listen to your instincts....if your animal is acting strange, pay attention!

Great selection. We bring our dog kodie for the shampoo and cut and it is only 35.00 or so even though it takes several hours. Kodie is a long hair Shepard and weighs 130 lbs. It cost 140.00 at another place for the same service!

Shelly is my long time groomer, she is professional, very friendly and always makes me a happy customer. My dog einstein always looks great and feels great. This grooming salon overall is very friendly,helpful and professional.

Signed up for training classes. Good commands for every day living. Buy treats and food. Sometimes hard to pick up some treats due to manufacturers problems. Find toys at various price points my dog enjoys.
