I had a frustrating experience with this pet groomer. My tiny dog Cooper a Pomeranian shi tzu could not be handled "handled" by "Dotty". After leaving my dog in her care with high hopes of getting my dog groomed, I received a call an HOUR AND A HALF later to hear from Dotty that my dog was barking too much and was too rowdy to be groomed?! First off why did it take an hour and a half for u to discover you couldnt restrain a tiny pooch. I find it laughable that her business card says 37 years of experience but is unable to handle a barking dog who has never had this issue! Ever! Highly unrecommended! Horrible service! I wish no stars was an opton

I took my maltipoo here twice,i went today and got a call a hour and a half later saying my dog wouldnt even let her touch him and he supposedly tried to bite her which i find hard to believe because my dog is very friendly. She is a bit rude but i went back because of the work done before was great,idk what the problem was this time but i was very upset that my dog was unable to get groomed

These people are so sweet and really love animals. Would recommend to anyone. I had my dogs nails cut there and they did a great job. The time before I had taken my dogs to a big name pet store and had them trimed by some kid filling in who didnt know what he was doing. Would highly recommend Lujans!

Will give them 3 stars because the work on my dog had many high and low spots. It looks as if I had done the work myself. It cost $45 for a 34 lb animal so it was a but cheaper than other places.

She did a good job but I did not like her attitude. I walked in & she completely yelled @ me & cursed cause my dog was getting excited. I recommend this place if your dog is calm & stays still.

I had a wonderful experience here. I highly recommend Lujans They love animals. And it shows. They are very caring and gentle. My Oscar came out a whole new doggie! Very Reasonable prices.
