I went in because I was gonna purchase a chameleon. I already have plenty of other reptiles, but I tried to support a mom and pop shop. When I saw the condition of the reptiles I was shocked. They are in poor condition. The chameleon was sleeping during the day. Thats a bad thing for a chameleon to do. He also looked dehydrated. Poor guy. The worst was the iguanas they had. One was sitting in the front of the cage already DEAD!!! There was another one sitting in the back corner looking so scared and sad. Poor guy. I couldnt believe they leave a dead animal in the cage with another live one. The dead iguana had flies all over it. And the other iguana had to just deal with the flies. Poor guy. And the lighting they give the reptiles isnt correct. They need a heat lamp and a UV lamp. They didnt have any heat lamps on the reptiles. They dont regulate their own body temperatures like humans. So they need a heat lamp. Sadly the chameleon looked close to dying. I feel so bad for those animals. I would never recommend anyone go here for any animals. Its sad to say, but this store is worse than petco or petsmart. Dont go here!!!

These china men are failing at their job. i bought 4 live fish from them. three of them died. First one was a reed fish that cost $20. the owner told me it was okay to put him in a 10 gallon. yea he died. later i found out AT LEAST 20 gallon for a reed fish cus they can grow over a foot. and when i bought him, he was 1 of 20 reed fish in that 10 gallon tank. then the china man sold me a crab. i loved this crab. he was so sweet. but the china man forgot to tell me the crab molts. and the next day i found the crab on his back playing possum. so i thought he was dead and kept trying to flip him upright i though he kept falling over cus he could still move. but your not supposed to touch them when they molt. so then he DIED! and the china man wins again. and then my other fish died cus he jumped out but thats not really chinas fault. although he could have warned me fish jump out of the water. i bought 4 fish from petsmart (3 which are pregnant) so that kept me from giving up on aquariums. dont go here. they have a lot of overpriced clustered fish. go somewhere else. i beg you

Im going to go with middle of the road here. the staff was very friendly and very helpful. The selection was good and the prices fair. The guinea pig I purchased still wont come out of its house but I assume its just shy and seems healthy. my issue is with the $30 tarantula I also purchased. Ive only had it 2 days and it spent the entire time sitting in one corner or another. wouldnt eat, wouldnt drink, nothing. Almost looked like it was molting across its abdomen. And then got home from work today, day 3 of having it, and its dead. There was a big sign saying no exchanges or refunds. I dont think Ill be going back there for another one as now I question the health of their animals.

this store starves their fish. a big majority of them are at the glass whenever someone walks by waiting for food. They even let their aggresive fish attack each other and do nothing to stop it. notably they allow their green spotted puffer fish to starve and bite each other looking for food. they are unhealthy looking because they are so skinny. Avoid this store at all costs so you do not pay for fish to be traeted horribly

I really like this store! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice variety of fish and supplies, which are also reasonably priced. The gentleman thats there is very helpful, he knew exactly what plants and the types of hiding places I needed for my new ram tank as well as my aggressive fish tank. When I checked out he thanked me for shopping at his store and gave me a thoughtful calender.

They dont just sell fish here they also sell tortoises, rabbits, Guinea Pigs birds, and Hamsters. They will try to convince you to keep on buying things even after you already have what you came into get, super friendly people but also very Money hungry... Animals all seem sad and my Lion head Rabbit [$50.00] died a week later from a sickness he obtained at this store,

dont go here they have lots of fishes yea but they are all sick bought 2 from different tanks they both had fungus ASKED THE OWNER WHAT IT WAS HE SAID IT WAS SALT .Me as a beginner didnt know it was fungus till i researched it .Plus they try to sell u a whole bunch of crap that u dont need

Great shop but all I ask is that your guinea pigs have all the necessary items for their cage. They should have their water in a bottle not a dish, they require lots of Timothy hay. Please make these accommodations, they can drown if they are given water in a bowl like the one I saw.

I have shopped at several pet shops in the IE and have not found a better place, the owners, John and his wife are very friendly and are full of wisdom on all their products. as far as the fish go they are in really good shape and treated for diseases prior to you taking them home

Not a bad fish selection. Lots of higher priced discus German rams, and great selection of tetras. Id have like to see more selection of smaller variety fish in the pygmy ranges. With all the nano tanks they have sell... selling some 0.5 to 1 inch fish selection would be great

I bought a tortoise! He had a weak shell because "he was young" It turns out he was sick and the people there knew he was sick. Of course after a bit he died. They committed fraud. that tortoise cost me 300 dollars

The most friendliest pet store owners Ive ever met. Very nice and kind customer service. Enjoy their friendly service. Be careful on wanting refunds. They will not accommodate...FYI...still theyre nice people. ;-)

Good spot, has a nice selection of fish, some rodents and reptiles as well. The only downsides are the cleanliness issues. Other than that, the owners are nice enough and are normally quite pleasant.

Love this place. Went today with my family. They have lots of corals, frags, and anemones. This place has a lots of salt water fish and fresh water. We well be coming back. The owner is really nice.
