You need to read my experience before you consider to put your pet in its hotel. My dog has stayed in its hotel many times and I was satisfied with their services. The hotel has a new manager name Jordan that checked in my dog. He called me the third day that my dog has not pooped. I told him that he did this all the time when he is with strangers. Some time he does not poop for couple days at home. He insisted that the dog is not comfortable and need to check in with their vet. I asked him if he is sick or did he not eat? He said he eats but he think the dog is not comfortable. I told him that we know our pet and he does not need to see a vet. He insisted he needs to take it to vet because I signed the agreement to let him determine anything he thinks its best for the dog. He said unless I check out the dog right away or he can do what ever he think its necessary. We are not in town so we have to put the pet in the hotel. We ended up come home early to pick up the dog. The vacation is totally ruined. Please read the agreement carefully before you check in your pet. Their have total control of your pet when you leaves your pet with them. I can understand they have responsibility when they have my dog. But telling me that they have the right to do anything without my consent just because I signed their agreement. Its totally wrong. Jordan even lectured my wife over the phone how she shall treat our pet. Check in your pet if you want the store lecture you how you shall treat your pet and treat your pet anything they want.

I went in to ask the groomers to cut one toe nail for my toy poodle. They refused without vet records but the nailnwas hurting her and I couldnt cut it because it was too close to her toe and I would cut the toe. They obviously dont care about the well-being of animals. She is up to date but I was only wanting a simple. The lady got the clippers and showed me how but I didnt understand if she could put the nail clippers on the nail who couldnt she just cut it. Im very angry and will never ask them again. Stupid

I have always taken our puppy here with good experiences. But I have noticed over recent visits, not the same. Today was the deal breaker. Took him in for the bath, nail clipping and brushing with a scheduled appointment, 3 hours later they are not are done but says they were, took another15 minutes to get them to bring him out. His nails are a mess and this puppy did not gave a bath. I had to give him a bath tonight.

Been going here for over a year now for all my small puppy needs. They have great food selections and a variety of toys, snacks, and misc for your dogs. Always friendly and theyll give your dog a treat on the way out. Mine loves coming in with me and socializing with the other dogs around.

I take my little puppy to get groomed and she loves it! Once a week I take her to doggie day camp to try to keep her extra active and she has so much fun, the moment I park she is trying to run into the store. She loves all the attention she gets!!!!!

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the other Lake Forest location, it will save you the pain of dealing with the people at this location. They are super slow and do not have any customer service skills.

Got training for my baby girl and also took her to doggy day camp. She loves the staff and I am happy she enjoys it, which shows they treat her great (she is a bit grumpy, so if she didnt like it I would know)

Great selection of products. Employees are always nice and helpful whenever a doubt about a product or best alternative for an issue comes up. I have used their grooming services and was pleased with it.

great selection of fish supplies. Fish are sick though, sometimes two or three are dead and just floating around with no one cleaning them up. but overall very friendly and nice with a great supply

Staff is aways helpful and they have a good selection of supplies. Pets hotel takes great care of your pet while your away. Weve been using them for years and aways happy. The Vets are helpful.
