This is a SHOUT OUT to Nick at the Pet Supply Warehouse in Lake Forest! I have never before experienced the high level of service and commitment to the customer, that I have received from Nick. He researched products for my dog, found one that fit my request, and dogged the producer to make it available at their store. And, he stayed in contact with me, calling every 2-3 weeks to update me on the status of the product. From a casual stop, looking for a new toy, you have now created a LOYAL CUSTOMER! Do I hear MANAGER position opening up?

The people at Pet Supply Warehouse are the greatest! They are unfailingly patient, pleasant, and helpful. The rewards you get for shopping there (points for visits) mean you can accumulate points for great treats that are then free! They carry everything you can imagine and will order for you anything you dont see. Can you tell its my favorite pet store?

I love this place. They always have everything i need and the service is always excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My only criticism is their sales are for a short period of time and it isnt always convenient to take advantage of the deals when they are offered. I highly recommend this store.

I like that Pet Supply Warehouse sells a lot of products that are healthy for my cat. The employees there are very helpful. This is the only place I go now for all of my cats supplies.
