Absolutely horrible experience!! This lady sold us a cat with fleas so now I have to spray no whole house and needed to put the car in the garage for the night. Before you sell animals you should know how to take care of them!! Awful place and I will never be back to this dump where the dogs and cats are caged up in small little cages w no room to get around. Disgusting!!!! Owner and the poor animals completely disgusting!!!!

Absolutely great place and great service. This is not a puppy mill. Caring people with great knowledge and genuine passion for the wonderful animals they find homes for. They took the time to understand my circumstance and pair me with the perfect pet. Onsite de-worming and vaccination shows there commitment to health and care of the animals.

I live right across the street at mountanside apartments and sometimes i visit them to buy crickets and look at the animals.the animals are well taken care of except for some snakes with smaller enclosures but other than that the people there are really friendly and the animals are pretty healthy

Theese people have alot of experience in animals. They have the cuttest puppies, kittens, rabbits, etc. It does smell a little in there, but there a small shop so its bound to have animal smell. Over all Ive always been treated great. If you love small animals, youll find them here. I did!!!

Bought my baby kitty here 6 years ago, best customer service. My cat had a hard time switching to different food so the gave me the medication for free and gave me great tips and now he is the happiest little boy ever. I will always buy pets from here as long as I live in California

Mixed experiences. The mother is very professional and knowledgable. She helps as much as she can. The daughter on the other hand is worthless and rude. Does not try to do all she can to help a customer. It is very transparent who the passion to actually run the store.

I love this place. They take my boys and as matted up as they may be they groom them to perfection. The staff is so beautiful and super friendly. 8ve recommended them to my dental hygienist and my son and daughter in law and they all love them as well.

Went there with the grandkids to find a puppy, was not even acknowledge by the 3 employees working there. Asked about a puppy and was told they couldnt take questions until after they finished putting their delivery away. Seriously bad experience.
