I never write reviews but after my experience today I feel the need to write one. Ive been going to petsmart grooming for years when I lived in Florida. It was my first time at this location since I moved to California. The groomer we had was extremely rude. I called two hours after leaving my dog just go check on the status because I was debating if I should drive home or waste time around the area and After she told me it was going to take 4 hours when she previously told me 3, she said to me if I didnt like it to just come get my dog. I work in customer services and I would never speak to a customer like that. I ended up asking for the manager but she told me she will tell me the same. The manager was actually very helpful and ended up switching my dog to another groomer. But when I picked my dog up, no one woud help me and the new groomer complained how my dog was difficult. Ill leave go to this location again

I love this PetSmart. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My puppy loves it too! He gets to flirt with all the girls employees who give him attention. The other day, I pulled out a discount I received in the mail, when I realized it was for Petco. As I was shoving it back in my purse, the cashier said..."we take competitors coupons!"... and she gave me the entire amount off my purchase. I was so impressed! I wont buy my pet purchases anywhere else, for now on ;)

I had to pay $7 extra for "wiggly" and "Nippy" behavior after the groomer told me that she would have to be shaved down because of matting. Then to make matters worse they left her tail long because I guess it was too much hassle to trim it even after I paid extra. My Cockapoo looks more like a miniature greyhound with a big head now!! Disappointed to say the least..... email me for before / after pictures and you be the judge.

My wife and I went there yesterday to get couple of fish since my silver dollar died. The pet smart member who helped us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She cares about the animals and talks about them like she has PhD in marine biology. If you need anything or have any questions just go see her. Thank you. Love the fish by the way
