The toilets are awfully dirty to an extent that you want to vomit. Food and toys are enormously expensive. Worst of all, some shady stuff is going on in your store. I went to their petshotel for my dog. In there I saw one of their workers, who was this young, chubby lady, was using a coupon that I have never seen before, for some guy. I saw this worker for a long time, but I never really talked to her or knew her name because she was always on her phone and was generally moody toward other people. I decided to talk to her this time and ask her about what are those coupons and where can I find them. When she was done with the other guy, I approached her and asked my questions, but she became really angry and told me that it was none of my business decided to leave and go the petsmart in lake forest. Before I leave though, I asked the cashier about her. She told me that she was actually the pet specialist. I heard from couple of my friends who worked in Petsmart that what she did was actually illegal. I really don’t know, or care. But it bugs my mind that the people who operate this store can allow such stuff happen under their control.

Behind Sched. AGAIN. Never ceases to amaze how every time I come in there is a Phantom emergency. At least twice daily this happens and yet they never plan for or expect it. SEEMS like if it happens daily you COULD anticipate it, possibly even allow for it. OK you dont know exactly who or when, BUT daily RIGHT. I waited 45 min., wildly disrespectful of my owners time. Customer service slow, not enough staff. Also, they dont keep inventory up. Almost every time I went there, they were just about out of the car food I need, (Fussy cat) causing me to make multiple trips. The last time they took my name and number, were supposed to insure my food was on order and would call when it came in. They never called. Sorry Ellen, I now order my food thru Amazon, no more petsmart in my future.

Went in today to buy a bag of cat food - a specific brand / type. The shelves were empty. Went to ask if there was stock in back - NO help. One employee at register had a line, but NO other employees in site. Asked if there was other help and he responded "I dont know where anyone is". I made a special trip - ended up at a competitor to get my cat food.

I love PetSmart. I used to have a 2 year old husky named Maverick and I loved him with all my heart butt we had to give him away to another family but hey, that family has a TON of other huskies for Maverick to play with and a huge back yard also I get to vist him so maybe on my 11th Birthday I will go up and see Mavrick.

It would have been a good place. But the restrooms are as dirty as sin. Moreover, there is this worker who is in petshotel and is constantly on her phone. She becomes extremely furious if you try to get her attention from her phone. She is a little overweight and has dark curly hair if you want to avoid her.

Brenda B I think was her name provided some of the best customer service we have every received. And we were especially happy to see her treating our dog with love and respect. The rest of the staff were really helpful too but Brenda really stood out. Would really recommend this pet smart location.

My son used to work at this location. Its a pretty good store. The employees are really upping their game. Went in looking for a new dog food. My dog has allergies. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, which saved me quite a bit of time.

Great groomers and petshotel. My dogs love going to the dog daycamp. They have been going since they were puppies and they have always been happy and tired when I pick them up. The groomers have great customer service and do a great job!

We bring our dog here for day care nearly every day. They take great care of our dog and love him like he is their own. He also loves to go there and play all day in the big play rooms.

Smells like pee in the entrance - but thats because of the dogs they have for adoption that tend to hang out there. Service is nice, though. LOTS of stuff for your 4-legged friends.

Online deals are great, but everytime I go into the store it seems like their checkout systems crash. People are nice and, with a bunch of pets around, its a friendly environment.
