For me, the location of this Petsmart is close to home and it offers the same selection youll find at every other Petsmart - its a huge store! I can always find exactly what I need and the staff know just about everything there is to know about their products, including their foods! This always helpful when you have an animal that has trouble digesting their food or simply wont eat certain products. The last time I went into this store, I was given a complete understanding of the natural food product offerings that are better for animals and easier on their stomachs. Overall, I absolutely love this Petsmart! Take some time to checkout the cats that need a warm home and take one with you, if you can!

all i have to say is that dont take your dog to summer in the grooming department. I took my 8 month old pomeranian for a TRIM and came out looking like boo.......all his fur was gone. I was so furious and yet she has a bad attitude. And still had to go the next morning because his little face was very uneven. And still had a bad attitude. not going there again. taking my pom to Chino Hills they are much nicer.

Currently going through a Beginners Training class for my dog, and all has been great so far. Robin the instructor is well versed in animal behavior, and we learned so much the first night. Cant wait to see how our pup progresses! Also, the associates at this store are very helpful, and the store is clean and organized. We always come here for our pet needs.

Recently inherited an aquatic turtle and needed food for hem. PetSmart had a turtle expert on duty . The store is clean well stocked, and has helpful employees. I also got a chance to talk to all the birds, dogs, and lizards so wanted to. O plan to go back when Leonardo needs more food or when a grand child cant keep those pet.

I wouldnt go back here even if I was paid to do so.... they dont respect appointment times plus they made me wait for nothing they only stressed out my poor doggie and they didnt even get to groom him plus while I was waiting another guy came in complaining because his dog had gotten fleas after taking him there....

Great place for all your pet needs (fish in my case). Staff is friendly and courteous and always willing to help you out. They tend to have great sales, but knowing when the sales are going on are usually a hit and miss. I will definitely shop here again.

I have a very cute teddy bear face maltipoo puppy. I told them not to cut too short, and I gave her a picture of how I want him to be look like. But, she shave his face into a monkey face. I will never go back there again.
