Been here a few times and they have pretty good products all around. Im mainly into fish and they do take pretty good care of the fish here. Very little or no dead fish from my experiences. Plants are not that good though, they only sell stuff like Ludwigia, Hornwort or Anubias (a bit expensive). NO swords (PETCO sells them.) Some plants do have snails so watch out (clean them out good.) From my experience PETCO plants are probably better, less snails (I have not found snails in the local PETCO I go to). They also do sell plants that are not meant for aquariums (mondo grass is not an aquatic plant.) Other than that, its pretty good. I also bought my parakeet Buddy from this store and hes a great pet. Very docile and the bird lady (I forgot her name) was quite astonished at his docility.) I usually come here for cheaper prices, PETCO tends to be a bit higher. I also hear Petsmart does price match, but I havent really checked at this store. Will let you know if they do. Overall good store, but could improve on plant selection and quality.

The first time I brought her in the groomer cut the top of her head, which I understand happens, but we were not notified. When I made my second apt, I asked that she not be booked with the same groomer and why - however, out of ALL the groomers that were there yesterday, that is exactly who she was booked with. So I mentioned the cut and asked that she just notify us if that should occur in the future. When we walked in to pick her up the groomer went on and on about how jumpy and squirmy she was etc etc and when we left noticed that she Completely HACKED her - Ive done a better job myself at home with a simple trim. If she could not control my dog, why didnt she turn it over to someone else???? Very upset that I received a $52 hack job instead of a grooming and my requests were not listened to.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!! The employees are not prompt in grooming your dogs....so they have them sit in the cage for hours. My little guy was there for 5 HOURS. When I went to pick him up ( after 2nd call) there was not one dog being groomed or in the back. HE was the only dog...what the heck!!!...... The mananger is sooooo rude and inconsiderate. Do your loved ones a favor by preventing a terrible experience for your pet.

To the groomer who just cut my dogs nails and thought giving me an attitude was a good idea. Lets review your customer service or lack there of. I am aware that my dogs nail were long that would be why I took him to the groomers. So your incessant need to keep repeating it every time you made him cry was unnecessary. When you are dealing with a customer you should try not to repeatedly offend them, and maybe you would get their business again.

Very friendly staff here, and a great selection of toys, food, and other supplies for your pets. They have mostly items from big brand names, so you wont find many organic or super healthy treats here, though they do have some. If youre getting a new pet and havent shopped for them yet, check out their Puppy Guide. It costs about 20 bucks, but has so many coupons youll end up paying for it and saving more if you buy enough.

Love pets & pets art does too. Thats the feel of the store & the employees. On some weekends they host adoptions in store. Everything you pay you can donate $1 $3 or $5. And if you choose not to, its ok. No one will pressure you or give you the "youre cheap" look.

Way to expensive. For one, didnt care Taste of the Wild. The food that they did carry was very expensive. I went to C. W. Feed Store down the street. Local, small businesses. The pricing was better and rather give my money to a local small business!

Horrible service I called to ask a question and they hung up on me multiple times, they said I was prank calling them so I called on a different phone they answered and told me then I asked them why they hung up on me and then they hung up again

We usually come here because our dogs vet is in here (banfield). PetSmart is clean with a nice selection, and they always seem happy and eager to greet my pup.

Do not expect any complimentary plastic bags to carry canned dog food to your car and no option to purchase a "pay the government tax" plastic bag.

They give dogs a really good time. Our groomer, Zeke, gives Lady a great haircut and makes her look pretty good.
