My wife recently adopted her English Bulldog and purchased Blue Wilderness Salmon Grain Free(dry dog food) and other items for her at PetSmart in Yorba Linda, CA. Wife said that the Customer Service has been outstanding from day 1 with PetSmart through the present until she went back to PetSmart in Yorba Linda, CA a few weeks after purchasing Blue Wilderness Salmon Grain Free to return it as the Customer Service at a rate of 1 to 10 and 10 being the best, the Customer Service was a 1(The WORST)!!! She also attended the "New Dog Orientation" and was definitely going to have PetSmart as her dogs Daycare/Boarding than other local daycare/boarding in Yorba Linda, CA as her prior dog used to go to Paws N Claws, Dr. Brar, & Vinjons Kennel. Her English Bulldog came across allergies & dry skin by using that product, but was informed from the 1st day of purchasing Blue Wilderness that it can be returned for any reason if the customer is not satisfied. Im sure Blue Wilderness is a great product, but just not for her dog. The employee, McKinsey, told her straight out with an unprofessional tone of voice, "You wont be able to return Blue Wilderness as half of the bag is required" and there was half of the dry dog food in the bag. Even if there wasnt half of the dog food in the bag, the product is returnable as the customer was not satisfied. It can take a few weeks to determine & see how well your pet will do with any dog food product. The point is, Customer Service should be professional & equal along the whole entire board as it was definitely not. Another employee was able to refund the cost, but its not about the refund as money is just money. Never again will we give PetSmart in Yorba Linda, CA our business. A person(all positions) should only work in a Pet Facility/Store, Vet, Boarding, & etc if they genuinely have a heart for pets and there are employees who work just to get paid. Think twice before choosing a Pet Facility/Store, Vet, Boarding, & etc especially when you "BOARD your pet as you never know how your pet will be treated behind closed doors.

I was having brunch nearby and needed to burn a few calories before the trek home. As I pulled out, I just happened to spot this Pet Smart across the street. Yay! My cat has been in need of new toys, bowls etc and I just havent had the time to properly shop for them so what better time than a lazy food coma induced Sunday?? This is a large store and I had it mostly to myself which was nice. I like shopping lonesome sometimes without others interrupting me, hogging the aisle etc. There were sales staff on hand but they werent annoyingly obnoxious and obtrusive. Once they knew I was ok and just browsing, they left me alone. This store is very well stocked and I was able to find a lot of little goodies at reasonable prices for Roxy. $40 later I had pet food, new bowls, a new toy, a new collar and pet tag and some treats. Once I got home, she was happy to see all of her little treasures. Yay!

I love taking my kitten everywhere, and she loves going to PetSmart. Have to watch out though with pricing, there are lots of games played and it is easy to screw yourself without thinking about it. I bought canned kitten food, there is a bulk buy 12 cans for $18.99. But... If one buys 12 individual cans it is only $14.32. Thats almost $5 difference, for the same exact cans of kitten food. One expects that the buying the packaged bulk buy would be cheaper and most people wont do the math $1.19×12 and unknowingly pay the 25% higher price.

We adopted a rescue dog six weeks ago when she was 8 months old. Our dog was very scared and apprehensive at the vet and so we werent sure how shed react to doggy day camp and grooming for the first time. The team at #yorbalindapetsmart was AMAZING! from the time they onboarded us to telling us about how she was all afternoon made me so comfortable with the decision. Great group of employees!!!!

Absolute worst group of inept and incompetent pet handlers I have ever seen. Do not bring your dog here!!!! They cant take care of them at all and their prices are through the roof. I had to come back from my vacation early because they cant handle anything at all. So beware, there are much better boarding places out there. My advice is to absolutely skip this one.

They are very friendly and you can tell the employees love animals. They are a bit pricey but great about taking returns for things your animal just didnt like. They also have a Banfield pet hospital inside. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and friendly.

Several Items marked on sale or clearence that do not ring up this way during check out. I would generally avoid this petsmart however if you must go there do check your reciept after making purchases.

Our dogs enjoy being groomed here. Clarissa does a great job! Staff is always courteous and helpful, and the dogs are done and home in no time. Thank you PetSmart.

They have a disappointing selection of reptile care products. Specifically for chameleons. Try Petco for better priced and a bigger selection
