Tony the manager is the best. He has been with them for 20 plus years and definitely puts the customer first. He always tries to get the best price for us and is more than a fair person. Marissa is also awesome and very polite. Unfortunately Barbara the supervisor was super nice when she got a $6k sale from us but when we had a diamond fall out she was not so friendly and acted like she didnt know who we where. But Tony has more than made up for that. I would only buy through Tony, Marissa or the other staff as they are all super nice all the time not just when they get a sale. The follow up of a sale is more important than a purchase. Trusted company due to Tony and other staff.

I should have just bought my wifes ring from wal mart.. at least I would have expected the thing to call apart time after time. Wal mart would have been alot easier to return as Well. Dont waste your time and money at any rogers store
