I went to this store today to get my sons medical ID bracelet fixed. We recently bought him a new one and bought a chain from Kaminskis. Kaminskis has not properly fixed the bracelet 2 different times when we went in there and has charged us for the work. This time, I went by Dorton Company and they were so helpful. They gave me suggestions on what I could do to fix his bracelet and took the time to fix what Kaminski did not do properly the first time. They only charged me $1 and were extremely nice and gave me some good suggestions for making sure that his medical ID is not broken or lost since he needs to have one on at all times. I cannot say enough great things about this store. I will definitely take all future business to them!

I purchased my fiancées engagement ring and wedding band here as well as my tungsten wedding band. John was a delight to work with, explaining the differences in diamonds and discussing the pros/cons of moissanite as well. When I told him I needed to order a band and have it set within two weeks he got it done without any issue or up charges. We then moved to Texas but I knew I wanted to go back through him for the wedding bands. I called him up and described what we needed. He got it to me at an incredibly fair price and shipped straight to door for free. 10/10 John. Well done. Youre a delight to work with and I hope to send more business your way.
