this store is the worst jewelry store you will ever find, I bought my wife a diamond ring and for my self a band with in 2 weeks all my diamond fall out from my band and from my wife ring the whole center diamond fall a part and we bought a white gold sets and they colour changed in to yellow gold with in a week, I taken it back to show them which I hoped they can able to resolve it but, nothing like that, they were rude as hell with me and made me fell like I am stupid, I spend on those rings $ 2500 and its total waste of my hard earned money, I had never experience like this in my whole life this is total rip off place, please be aware of this crooks, I dont want any people get fooled with them or have a such a bad experience.

I have nothing but praise so far with this jeweler. They are helpful, they dont pressure, and they do a great job. My fiance brought his great-grandmothers engagement ring to them to have it cleaned and sized for his proposal to me. I am in awe at the before and after! Its stunning! I am looking forward to going back there to have it cleaned again right before the wedding, and to buy my wedding band as well. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and have a nice selection. (Note - another "jeweler" in Arbor Place, Atlanta Jewelry, which is a brown and gold kiosk with lots of "no returns" signs... theres reason! Dont be fooled! Stick with Diamonds Forever!)

I went into Diamonds Forever to try on wedding bands. At first it seemed to be a pleasant experience, however, when I asked to try on another ring I was told that I could only try on 2 rings because he didnt have time because he was trying to close. It was before 8:30pm. At first I was going to let it go, however, I went back to tell him about my experience and he continued to be very rude. I will never visit this jeweler again.
