My fiancé purchased a custom made engagement ring from this Kay store. He worked with Brian step by step to design the whole thing. It wasnt a cookie cutter design idea, but my fiancé was never told his vision wasnt possible. Whenever an issue arose Brian was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went according to plan. I have a beautiful one-of-a kind ring that was designed with love and attention to detail. I am proud to wear this ring for the rest of my life and would highly recommend Kays services.

Bought a watch there. Few months later didnt work. Dropped off December of 2015. In March 2016 while shopping stopped in and was told it would be $50 to repair. I called today July 26,2016 to see if watch was back. I was told it had been back since May. I asked why wasnt I once again informed? I was told they tried to contact me in May one time and were unable to leave a voice mail. Throughout this entire time I never received NOT ONE phone call from them! Very unprofessional and rude.

Purchased my wife her wedding band at another Kays location. Brought it for a warranty service at this location when a stone in the channel went loose. After not being happy with the first 2 initial repair jobs, the attendants at this branch made sure that they would receive back a quality job. I was shocked when I noticed the invoice price that Kays paid for the work, but I have to say, the ring looks better than when we received it.

The male manager should not be working with the public. We had wonderful customer service when we bought our wedding rings sets. Then the first issue we had, of several issues, no one wanted to help us. We purchased the life time guarantee on our rings and he refused to send them off. Ive had nothing but bad service from this store since we purchased the rings. Theyre only nice if youre buying something.

Terrible customer service. They try and sell you what THEY want and dont listen to the customer. They were suppose to return a phone call about a custom order and I never heard back. They also told me it wasnt possible to special order something and I walked into another Kay and they didnt hesitate to do exactly what this store told me they couldnt.

Everyone we have dealt with there is rude, even the manager. My ring that is less than a year old has already been in for repairs twice! Our rings were promised to us before our wedding and we didnt get them until closing the night before the wedding and my husbands was still the wrong size.

They have worked with me at every step with financing and extra sales, other jewelry repair and cleaning, and keeping things on the down low when my s/o was with me and I had to make payments. All staff has been so friendly and helpful I couldnt ask for a better sales team.

Went there New Years Day to clean my ring and to open our Kays card account and the ladies were super nice and had one run in but it was fixed
