First, I didnt buy a ring from Herzog. The reason Im writing this review is because of the customer experience I had when shopping with them. Herzog shipped in and showed me approximately 10 diamonds, which Im told is about $500 in insurance/shipping costs, and they were all quality stones. They took the time to find out what I was looking for, explained what I should be looking for, were transparent with the information and advice they provided me, and didnt pressure me to pick one stone over another yet gave subtle recommendations as to which was the better value. That being said, I knew what I wanted - something that looked huge and bright, so even if the stone wasnt IF or D-color, they didnt push the more expensive stone on me and were more interested in getting me what best fit my parameters. Ultimately, I decided to go with a stone from a different vendor because the other vendor personally purchased the stone just to get it off the market because of how unbelievable the dimensions were, but I was still hesitant to go with my "ideal stone" at a different store because of how well I was treated at Herzog. If I am going to get a custom mount/setting made, Ill be going back to Herzog as theyre interested in the repeat business as opposed to the quick sell. If you go in there, ask for Susan - shell give you answers to all your questions, and if she doesnt know, she will direct you to Ted who is the Rick from Pawnstars of diamonds (aka knows everything). One last thing - I was showed the Rappaport report which coarsely calculates the fair market value of a diamond based off multiple parameters, and the stones that Herzog offered me were below the suggested value based on this report. In other words, I didnt feel the used car salesman vibe that I expected.

I would highly recommend Herzog Jewelers to anyone shopping for jewelry. We worked with Ted, and he was fantastic. My fiance had visited several places while ring shopping before we got engaged, she found some rings she liked, but nothing she truly loved. I had heard good things about Herzog, so I suggested we visit them. She stopped by on her own one day, and it was the only place she had gone to that seemed genuinely interested in helping her find something she wanted, rather than what they wanted to sell her. Ted worked with her to make sure everything was exactly the way she wanted it. He offered several diamond options to cut the cost some, but in the end she liked the original best. He also had the prongs altered to a shape she preferred. All without any commitment to buy. There was never any pressure to buy, his priority was to get us a ring she loved, not sell us the most expensive one he could. I couldnt be happier with our experience at Herzog, well definitely be going back for our future jewelry needs.

Found Herzog Jewelers online while shopping for a Lashbrook wedding band. Called the store and was connected with Ted. I was 90% sure of the ring I wanted and Ted provided advice and cost as expected. Even though we are only about an hour away from the store he offered to ship rings to us for comparison and sizing. After Ted received the ring we ordered from Lashbrook he sent it our way though unfortunately it was lost in the mail. Ted eased our concerns and said a new ring would be ordered immediately though luckily a neighbor delivered the ring a day later. As Ted stated prior to shipping the ring, the center had a different finish than ordered though I was willing to see if we liked it. We decided to send it back and Ted took great care of the situation. After receiving the second ring we loved it!!!! Ted was above all expectations with purchasing a ring from a Jeweler without stepping foot in the door. We will for sure do all future business with him and might actually visit the store next time.

Herzog Jewelers, is AMAZING!! The best customer service available. We purchased my husbands Triton Tungsten wedding band, from Ted at Herzog, a year ago. Shortly after that, my husband started loosing weight drastically from health problems. His ring size went from an 8 to a 7, and Tungsten is IMPOSSIBLE to re-size. Ted helped me send my ring back in, for a replacement ring, Free of charge. The care for their customers is truly genuine. I highly recommend Herzog, for any Jewelry needs.

I had a great experience purchasing a wedding band for my fiance through Herzogs website. The pricing was competitive with other local jewelers for the same item. Additionally, I would like to comment on their great customer service. The first ring I purchased was the incorrect size, and Ted took care of returning and sending out the correct size with no additional cost to me. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended. Had a great experience purchasing my first of probably very many pieces of jewelry for my fiance. Shes been anxiously waiting for her ring and the only day I was able to make it to get it was on a Saturday when they were closed. Ted came into the store and opened it just for me to get her ring. 5 stars and my future business.

Came for ring resizing and stone setting the week before Christmas, which is probably a busy time. Service was prompt and friendly. Ring looks beautiful; everything polished and clean. I chose this place because I had a Mark Schneider ring for resizing and Herzog was the only place in town that sold them. Id happily stop back again.

They have good and friendly service but a bit over price. I was going to buy a necklace there and they would not budge on the price. I left and found the same necklace online for half there price.
