If I could put less than a star I would. I have never been more disappointed in a business than this one. I received a gold necklace for a gift from my grandmother. It said 14k but I wanted to make sure it was real. So I decided Id go to this store. Only one open on Sundays. I went in and a woman named Sandy quoted me on the necklace. She said it was 100% real and worth about $950. I was pretty happy after hearing that. The next day, I was thinking about bills and decided Id sell them the necklace. I Arranged payments for a couple of my bills to be paid and everything due to me wanting to sell it. I walk in and the lady who helped me wasnt there, there are two men. I tell them the same thing the lady did, and wanted to sell it. Come to find out the necklace was gold plated. It wouldve been nice to know that in the beginning and then I wouldnt have had my cellphone cut off due to me arranging a bill payment for that day. All in all, worst experience Ive had with a "jeweler" ever. One day I have something worth close to a thousand dollars. The next day theyre telling me its worthless. Pathetic service. Never go to that store for service.

My sister and I went to this store to look at wedding bands for her ring. We met Renee and she was incredible! She let Lisa explore her options and showed her jewelry that she thought she would like. Lisa liked alot of what she showed her but she LOVED a certain ring she fell for that was on sale. Renee was very patient in helping my indecisive sister but was exciting her with everything she did. Very great experience.

Renee is an outstanding sales women, she is so patient and works very hard to ensure her customers get the best deal. Please do not be silly and go to the chain stores! you will pay double, even triple the price. Thank you Preferred Im so glad you are back.
