Michael the owner is top notch. I have been shopping there for tools for years. Never had a problem until recently. I purchased a large tool kit that is run by 18-volt batteries. I had problems with the batteries charging. Went back explained to Michael what my problem was. He purchased and replaced both batteries without hesitation. Cost him over $100. I only paid $220 for the whole 4 piece tool kit. Michael is an outstanding individual making his pawn shop, Tri county pawn-------Outstanding place to do business!!!!

Called this place to get information and guy that answered sound like a jerk and didnt want to talk, quickly said (what ya got) first item not interested before I could finish second item said same crap again. Are you serious I just need a short loan and I wasnt selling my stuff but this idiot didnt take that into account so take your business else where that doesnt seem sketchy.
