Called for service on my bike on 6/14/16! Spoke to a man in service department about oil change, front tire, inspection sticker. The man told me bring the bike in Friday 6/17/16 10am. When I asked how long it takes for that he said a few hours. So I hung up assuming I had a appt for my bike to get fixed! Friday I show up at 10am. Stand at the window waiting n waiting for over 15 minutes. Another gentleman was waiting for his bike to get inspected to and he didnt look happy at all. I said thru the window "hello" maybe over 7xs finally a woman comes and I tell her I have a appt for 10am. She goes and gets another staff and he sits at the computer. Come to find out he never wrote my appt down. Then he said he never made that appt. But he will try to squeeze me in. I asked what time will it be ready so I can get a ride to pick my bike up n he say "oh your not expecting to get it today are you?" Im said "yes because you told me on the phone when I booked the appt it takes only few hours!" He said the only person I couldve talked to was him and he claims I didnt speak to him. I knew that was a lie because I recognized his voice when he first spoke but I didnt want to debate it because I just wanted my bike serviced. He then told me it was a maybe to even get my bike back the next day! This miserable person didnt even have a day I can get my bike. I signed the paper to bring my bike around the back but as I walked out my gut told me not to and go somewhere else. Not only did I waste my time but I also was pretty upset that he try to play me. His attitude was poor and his customer service was poor. Had I ran that shop he wouldve been let go immediately. I work in health care so Im very professional. I know any riders and I will make sure I let people know what I went thru and how I was treated. Thankfully I called flaming and they made me a happy. The woman was so professional. I told her what I needed and she was very helpful. She booked a appt for July 7th but then called back and fit me in sooner. I told her this is a relief cuz I had a horrible experience with Springfield motorsports. She then offered me 20% off for my service. She then also said I have the option of leaving my bike the day before my appt. So thanks to spfld motorsports I cant ride til July 1st because its now past 7days for my inspection. But I will be taken care of by a better company. I will never step foot in this place again. Sincerely, A very unhappy customer

Went there to get my inspection done and the guy at the service counter was on lunch. So I waited. When he came back from lunch he was apparently in a bad mood. I told him Im here for an inspection for my bike. He said 15 minutes. 45 minutes later of waiting I could hear him yelling in the back complaining about his job. I was waiting at the window to ask him how much longer and there was a secondary door behind the window he went ahead and slammed the door on me. This place is totally unprofessional. I went and told the manager..her response. Oh hes always like that. Great customer service! Keep it up and youll be out of business soon..I hope.

My first visit today, I went there to check the Versys 300, I am happy with the bike style for a commuter. Carlos was helping me, not that I needed, did all my research online, but he was all right! I am looking to buy this motorcycle, but there was this other sales man there and I overheard he telling Carlos, he is not coming back! If this is a sales tactic I dont see how? Because walking into your shop and with your unhappy looks to costumers is already pushing them away, Sir! Telling the true I am buying this bike! Maybe not in your shop, jeez u good at premonitions the only problem is that such things are bad for u, "have a little faith!"

For the brief amount of time I was dealing Jason at their dealership attempting to purchase some parts for my motorcycle that they had in stock, I was not very pleased with his business demeanor or attitude. He definitely inspired me to want to create a review on them to display my displeasure with wasting my time in calling them. Thankfully I have other options to purchase parts and equipment from, because in my opinion, this is NOT a place that I find worth the spending my hard earned cash with. Definitely wouldnt recommend them to any of my friends or associates...

They installed rear bearings and they went bad 31 days after the install. It destroyed the bearings, needle bearings oil seals axle everything inside because I was on the highway at 65, One day over the 30 days and they made me pay to have the whole job done over. Not counting the tow I had to pay. Well the second set went the same as the first 40 days later. Terrible customer service. I will never return to that shop as long as I live!

I dropped off my bike to the shop to get work done 3 weeks went by they had not even looked at my bike or even giving me a diagnosis on my bike. When I called to find out what was going on I was on hold for about half hour to find out my bike was just sitting there, on the third week i called again to find out once again that they have not looked at it. I would not reccomen to any one one taking there mike there, not even to my worse enemy.

The first time I called was in April to have the carb on my Virago rebuilt, they laughed, said they were too busy and gave me another number to call. I Figured Id give them another shot. I was on hold for a total of 20 minutes for parts on my V-Star. I never spoke to anybody in parts. I called Enfield motor Sports and spoke to someone in parts in just under 2 minutes. Guess where Im going for parts.

Quick, helpful, and friendly service at a fair price! I just visited Springfield Motorsports for the first time to pick up some oil and a filter for my motorcycle. Not only was the service quick and helpful, but the prices were very fair unlike other motorsports stores I have visited in the past with large mark-ups. Ill definitely be a returning customer. Thanks for the great customer service Jason!

Absolutely great experience at SMS. Very knowledgeable staff and incredibly friendly. Went in looking at a Z1000, and all my questions were answered and needs met. Thanks guys! left Springfield Motorsports making new friends.

Went in their to order some parts for my virago, they were very helpful and patient with me and my indecisiveness. They helped me pick out the proper bars and oil I needed for my bike very friendly place!
