My name is George Worrell. I leased a car/Uber on July 9th at your dealership with the Uber representative Assefa Dinsa. I’m sad to say the worst sales experience of my life! I asked Mr. Dinsa for directions to your dealership on Saturday the 9th. He had no idea where the pickup site was or the times the shuttle arrived. As you may know it was the first day of the heat wave… I ended up taking an Uber to the dealership. Once arriving – he knew very little about the program or what was available for me to select from – it was a total nightmare. It was so bad I had to go to his supervisor to get help! I was given the wrong directive for insurance -he never gave me the documents for my payments to be deducted out of my earning? Didn’t know the car was without mats. Never told me how to operate any of the car’s functions…I had to go to another dealership to be shown how to link my phone – along with the many other options the car has to offer. I purchased a truck from the dealership 10 years ago… with great service-that’s why I came back! I will not be returning or recommending Darcars Toyota Silver Spring!

We with my wife bought car from delarship,I called them to find out if my title was with them or not as my temporary tag was expired, they hang up my phone, again i went their office hoping that the tag was already there, Although the tag was there they did not give it to me saying that i need to come with my wife, even though i presented all the proof that she is my wife( and is currently out of states) and the temporary tag is expired, I would not recommend this place.

The used cars on this site are not at any physical address. I drove from Baltimore to temple hills to find out nothing on the Internet was true. Even though I clicked on the specific location. The pictures were supposed to be of cars in va. I spoke with a salesman in Temple hills and he said 9 people had come thru today and they said the same thing. False advertising.

Bought my vehicle here last month. Great service-beginning with sales through financing and ending with delivery. My vehicle was seen online and on the lot, I test drove the vehicle down rt. 29 and back. Overall an easy transaction- I purchased a Lexus and I am very happy with DARCARS of Silver Spring , Md.
