About 2 weeks ago I had gone into Sutliff VW on Paxton Street in Harrisburg, PA with some questions about how to order a 2015 VW Golf and I meet with Jordan Holmes. He asked me what I was looking for and then I told him. He said that if they do not have that model with the features and color I wanted we could order it or find it from another dealership. I said that is great! Then I said to Jordan that this is how much I want to pay for the car and this is what I can afford for a monthly payment and he said "No problem!" I was then introduced to Rasheed Creary who is the Finance Manager and we sat down and did the application. After about a few days I got a call from Jordan with the good news that they had found the one I wanted and the color I wanted. I picked up the car on Friday 11/14/2014 and it has been a dream come true to have the car that I have wanted for many years now!! This was the easiest and by far the best experience I have EVER had in shopping and purchasing a new car. This was a dream to deal with such professional folks at Sutliff VW on Paxton Street in Harrisburg. Jordan and Rasheed have taken care of me and have gone above and beyond to make my experience with Sutliff a joy and a pleasure. I am looking forward to dealing with their service staff when it comes time for inspections and other service. I would HIGHLY recommend a trip to Sutliff VW for your VW needs! These folks know their cars and are very willing and friendly to get you into your new VW!!! Thank you

We contacted Sutliff Volkswagon on line. They got back to us immediately. We decided to price the vehicle on line as we already had test driven what we wanted to purchase and decided that is what we wanted. Bottom line is that Sutliff quoted us the best price along with Volkswagon 0% financing. We walked into the dealership and were met by the Manager, Dave Smith, who immediately took us out to our new vehicle which was clean as a whistle and ready to go. Dave was such an approachable, nice guy. He asked Michael Najdek to come out and go over the car with us. Mike was great...he was very knowledgeable and went over the entire vehicle and answered all our questions. What a wonderful personality he has...it was like talking to a relative! Rasheed Creary, the Finance Manager, came out and asked us several questions and then proceeded to do the paperwork. Mike came back out and went over all the books for the car and answered some additional questions that we had. He made our 1000 mile appointment for us as well. Before we knew it Rasheed was calling us in to go over the paperwork and to suggest some additional alternatives for caring for the car. He was clear, concise, and took our kidding well! The entire experience was excellent!!! We cant wait to experience what can only be excellent service in the near future...

I took several test drives and came in with questions a few times over the course of a month or so. I eventually purchased a 2017 GTI Sport. Based on the other prices Id seen around (Autotrader, TrueCar, other dealerships), I got a really good/fair price with Sutliff VWs dealer incentives. I didnt even need to bother with haggling. The staff on the floor were friendly, polite, and helpful. Tawona was an excellent salesperson. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, fun, and not at all pushy, making the purchase an enjoyable experience. Sutliff VW was flexible on trade-in value for my 2009 Scion XB with a kabillion miles...they offered a not unreasonable, but also not generous trade-in amount. Ultimately I decided to hang onto it to sell privately. If youre looking for a low stress buying experience, Id definitely recommend Sutliff VW. Ask for Tawona. I have recently acquired a Volkswagen CC from a local dealership, who was the dealership you ask? Well it was none other than central Pas Sutliff Volkswagen on Paxton St. When I walked into the dealer a younger, dare i say attractive man, named Aaron Phillips immediately greeted me. I told him I was in the market for a new VW but I didnt know a lot about them. Aaron took me several questions about what my automotive needs were and took me straight to see a CC sitting on the lot. I was stricken by the beauty of the German engineered car at first sight. When I took the car for a drive I was even more blown away by the power, handling, and sheer comfort of the car. I knew the CC was the one. When we got back to the dealer Aaron walked me through all the pricing and controls of the car and his hands-on service made me sure that I wanted to work solely with him. Aaron treated me very well and made me very comfortable with my new purchase and i would definitely refer him to not just my family and friends but anyone in the market for a new Volkswagen.

I highly recommend Sutliff Volkswagen. I was thinking about leasing a Jetta and filled out an application on their website on a whim. Aaron Phillips contacted me that day to discuss options. I called him back the next week and told him what I wanted for a lease (months, payment, miles, etc.). He was able to run my application and get all my information over the phone and via email which was super convenient for me because my work schedule can be crazy and I didnt have a lot of time to go over to the dealership. Aaron was able to get me affordable payments and also incentives that I did not even know about. After we got the details sorted out, I was able to pick up my new Jetta that same day! Aaron and Erica were super helpful with the paperwork. Aaron also showed me around the car and helped me connect my phone to it. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. As a loyal VW customer, Ill be back next time :-)

I was at your Sutliff Dealership in Harrisburg this past weekend (12/28/13) purchasing a certified Pre-Owned Vehicle and was blown away by the service, knowledge and humility shown to me by salesman Mark Lebo. Not only was Mark very professional and personable, but he was extremely well-versed in his product and interested in finding me a vehicle that met my needs. I had traveled from Erie, PA to view another Volkswagen at another dealership and decided to do business with Mark, not solely because it was a better product, but for the experience and great service that Mark portrayed from the time I pulled up on the lot. It was very clear to see that Mark was very much invested in his work and that further persuaded me to make my purchase with SUTLIFF. It is not everyday you find a Mark working at a dealership! I love my new car and and confident I will be back in the future to do service with them again!

I live in Pittsburgh, PA, approximately 3 hours away from Sutliff VW. I had been looking at GTIs for a little while trying to buy one close to home without much success acquiring what I wanted. I searched dealerships within a few hours from my area and found a car at Sutliff. Ive had no prior experience with this dealership in my life, but I e-mailed them and called to inquire about the car I was interested in and really couldnt believe how easy purchasing/trading a vehicle was through Sutliff. I was still skeptical on my 3 hour drive to pickup the car, but upon arrival I could tell that this was going to be a good day and it is. Sutliff honored the deal that they proposed and everything went very smoothly. Ive never had such a good car buying experience, and Ive had quite a few. Great dealership!!!!!
