Bought a 2003 Audi A4 in August of 2011. Has been a nightmare! Had problems the first week I bought the car. Diidnt feel like the owner really wanted to listen. Problems with the door locks + other electronics. Had the car in their garage. Cost me another 500+ dollars. Talked me into buying the warranty thinking all would be covered but it did not! Radio did not work well. Needed repaired. Never happened. Within weeks exhaust system developed a leak Was told by another mechanic exhaust system was shot. Would cost around $2000+. Owner said it would be taken care of. Thought it would be replaced but he had them patch the hole instead. Terrible service after the sale. Felt like he made the sale and didnt want to be bothered. Since then MANY problems with the car.. both minor and major. From headlights needing to be replaced to the coolant system leaking due to a crack. Had that repaired then a hose busted which caused a major leak or should I say flooding of the coolant and before I could get the car home the head gasket blew...$2700 in repairs on that bill. Now in the last month the heat went out, the one turn signal went, and the rear drivers window snapped causing in not to stay up. Plus still have a crappy radio and a shot exhaust. I have put thousands of dollars into this car and can no longer afford to put another cent into it. So after 1 1/2 year of a constant headache I had to unload it. Between the costly repairs and what I owe on the car vs what the value is with all that is wrong... I have almost as much money sunken in this vechicle as I had paid for it! I have never been in a situation like this before. I have always had decent, reliable vehicles. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress emotionally and financially. I will never buy from this business again!! I suggest you think twice. Take the vehicle to a reputable mechanic and have it gone over before you sign!! Plus read the fine print on the warranty. I was lead to believe by the owner it covered much more than it actually does. I hope this helps. I just dont want anyone to go thru what I have been thru!! Good luck!

I wanted to write a quick note on how well Cory and Don treated me. I read the reviews below and rest assured the appropriate measures have been made to rectify the known issues at this fine establishment. I have been looking for a Volkswagen R32 and came across theirs on AutoTrader. I called and spoke to Cory about the vehicle. He explained everything in great detail and let me know that he has been servicing the vehicle over the past few years. He also let me know that vehicle had a performance clutch that the previous owner had installed. Cory didnt feel comfortable selling the vehicle with a performance clutch. He stated that they do not have the life of a normal clutch. I didnt want to lose my chance at this rare car. So I moved forward with the purchase which went smoothly! I drove the car home that night with a big smile on my face. Cory scheduled a time for me to drop the car off at the shop so he could replace the clutch with a factory Volkswagen clutch. So far this has been the best used car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Your Auto Source to my family and friends. Next time you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle give Cory and Don a chance you wont be disappointed!!

A fantastic buying experience. Yes, I said fantastic. I only buy used cars and generally keep for about 2 years so this is not my first rodeo. Chad was reasonable, sincere and honest . Any "issue" that we identified was fixed before taking the cars or documented as an owe. The identified issue was a turn signal bulb and passenger door handle. Car was on lot for 4 days. Door handle was already on order so they want to see you in a good car. If you do your homework and have REASONABLE expectations, the process is great. I had a number for my trade (based on KBB) and Chad met. If you remember, it is a business and they need to make money to keep operating, it is a great place. I feel we got a good and reasonable deal. We didnt get a steal but we did not get robbed. Liked it so much, bought 2 vehicles.

Bought a 2007 bmw x5 from Don and Cory. I couldnt be happier with the attention to detail and service they gave me. I approached them about getting me a car they didnt currently in stock at thier sales lot. They assured me they could find the x5 and deliver it to me. Perfect!! A week later they called and said they had the x5 in the shop being serviced and to stop down and take a look. I came down and it was exactly what I asked for. I sat down with them and did all the paperwork and had the x5 in a matter of a hour and half. I would reccommend them to anyone. I have read the reviews here and can say I did not experiance any issues at all. They are professional and catered to my every need. Excellent service! Thanks again for the smooth trouble free transaction.

Just bought a Wrangler from them and the experience was great and so is the vehicle! That staff is very knowledgeable, and if they dont know something, they find out for you! I had some concerns with the Jeep before buying and all concerns were met and fixed immediately! All staff are great, personable, and honest. Don is a great owner! I was in an interesting situation and in a time crunch to purchase and he went above and beyond to speed and smooth the process! Some electrical issues arose after purchase and YAS understood and told me to immediately bring the Jeep back to address the issues! Much appreciated YAS! I will definitely recommend! And I wold definitely drive the hour for their work rather than go locally! Hard to find good used dealers these days!

I bought a car last week from this dealer, I noticed a few things wrong with the car and they corrected those items. I negotiated a price with them and arranged a date to get the car. When I went to get the car they informed me since they were losing money on the car, I would not be getting the warranty that was displayed on the car window sticker. They never mentioned in any previous conversation or phone call about them not providing the warranty that they supposedly "offer" I needed the car since earlier in the day I sold my other car so I had to buy theirs at the time. Needless to say I would say buyer beware in using this dealership, and I would probably not refer a friend here for the future.

I take my Audi A4 B6 here for all my maintenance. I used to do my own maintenance such as brakes, oil changes and other things on my car but I moved farther away from work and commute a lot leaving less time to work on the car. Chuck is the tech here and he does a great job not only with repairs or maintenance, but also making sure to give a complete run down of what is needed and why. He will also go over possible future maintenance or repairs and is very knowledgeable of euro cars. I take my car here because its an affordable, reliable, and quick alternative to Audi dealers.
