"My wife and I pulled onto the lot Saturday with NO intention of buying a car and were immediately greeted by Charles. I ( at that point ) was very blunt and abrupt with Charles and let him know we were just there to look and gather some information to which he stated that was fine that he was only there to help and asked what were were looking for and promptly pointed us in the right direction. We didnt see the specific car we were looking for so he offered to take us inside to locate the car ( which we had seen on-line ) and upon getting inside I saw Roberto ( General Manager ) who we had dealt with before and Charles went to the Sales Counter and got him. Roberto came over and greeted us and being repeat customers ( our 3rd Kia ) I cut right to the chase and told him our situation, what we were looking for and what we needed to accomplish. Roberto understood and Charles jumped into action. I must say that buying ( yes we ended up buying today even after committing not to ) from Charles and Casey Kia is an incredible experience. Charles NEVER once made us feel rushed ( even though we didnt want to be there ) or feel like he was trying to sell us a car. Charles understood why we were there and what we were trying to accomplish and accommodated us in every way possible. We went to Casey today to gather information to see if this car would fit our budget and the circumstances we are in, Charles and the staff helped us in every way possible and made the experience quick, easy and painless. We left the dealership at one point to discuss the matter ( after receiving sales figures ) and the staff was very understanding about why we didnt want to commit right at that moment and they were willing to give us all the time we needed to make a decision. After taking a few hours to discuss the numbers and the transaction we called back and asked them to get the paperwork started ( not at all what I had imagined for today ). When we returned to the dealership Charles had the paperwork started and only needed to get the car cleaned and fueled while we went through finance. Finance was a breeze - if you havent bought a car in a while things have changed. There was NEVER any pressure from anyone at the dealership to buy anything we didnt want, they were clear and concise in their explanations and went above and beyond. My wife and I have bought 15 cars over the years and this was by far the easiest transaction I have ever had and one of the most enjoyable. If you are like me then you hate spending your day at the dealership playing games with the staff, I can honestly say if you go into Casey Kia and you are up front with them from the very beginning and let them know what you are trying to do they will help you in every way possible and guide you through the process. I personally want to recognize Charles for his demeanor, never once did we feel like we had to leave with a car today, never once did we feel like we were wasting his time because we were " gathering information ", Charles is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with and if you are looking for honest and straight shooting then he is your guy. "

If you have been out car shopping and have not stopped by Casey Kia on Jefferson Ave., you are truly making a big mistake. I know many of us get so trapped into the "I only buy American cars" or "Kia automobiles are not as good of quality as others". I am here to tell you how very wrong you are. Also, many of us have had that car buying/shopping experience that left a poisoning taste in your mouth for years and we just dont want to go through that again. At Casey Kia, you wont. The car buying is up to you, no pressure. They operate by knowing that the customer is first and the customer MUST be happy with their final decision. We have purchased our third vehicle from Casey Kia and each experience got even better. Granted, I am a familiar face there, but I see other customers walking around with smiles on their faces and that smile remains even as they walk out the door, with or without a car. You will not be hassled, you will be educated, informed and empowered to make a decision that is important to you. These guys are just as happy to see you walk out without a car that you cant afford or that is just not what you need as they are to see you go out with one of their cars that is a perfect match for you. I listed Ken, Willis and Roberto in this post, but the entire Casey team is a 5-star group of car salesmen that are all about making your experience comfortable and as painless as can be. There is no behind closed doors or behind the glass secret conferencing going on. Roberto actually shows you the "numbers" process and educates you as you go, making you an important part of this big step. Not to mention, he will go above and beyond and use every resource he can think of to put you in the vehicle you choose at a price that works for you. Kia vehicles have came a long way since Kia first started showing up here in the United States. Kia really thinks of everything and designs a car to meet the needs of people. They are well built, perform great and there arent many companies that can beat, or even match, the warranty of 10 years / 100,000 miles. All of their cars (SUVs and mini-vans) get pretty great gas mileage, which this day and age, is becoming quite important. Next time you are thinking about buying (or even just looking at) a new car (or used), take the time to put Casey Kia on your list of places to stop. You wont be sorry you did, even if you dont end up buying. I would like to be able to recommend one individual salesmen, but they are all high-caliber, educated and genuine. You wont meet a more sincere and by-his-word guy than Roberto Dial. Even the General Manager, Steve Sparkman, is known to make an appearance and ensure you are having the experience of a lifetime and that you are being taken care of. If not, dont be afraid to verbalize your frustrations to him and he will try to make things right. Dont miss out on a chance to turn car buying into as much fun and excitement as it should be!!

We had previously been to a local dealership and had a HORRIBLE experience and left there feeling lower than dirt. This made me think that every dealership would treat us this way; however, Pam Lawrence changed our minds within the first few minutes.We came into the dealership to see what vehicle would best meet our needs and be within our budget. We had previously researched and was undecided between a Soul or an Optima. Upon our arrival to the dealership, we were greeted warmly by Pam. She asked us if she could help us and what we were looking for. We told her about our research and she took it from there. She explained to us that,in order to stay within our price range, our options were either the Soul or the Forte. Upon looking closer at and being given the option to test drive both vehicles, we decided to test drive the Soul. As Pam road along with us, she explained all the different features that it had in great detail in an easy-to-understand language. She definitely had our best interest in mind as well as realizing what our needs were. After deciding that we just "HAD TO HAVE" the Soul, Pam took us inside and proceeded to start the paperwork. We figured that this was just protocol and that we would not even come close to leaving with a new vehicle. Within a few hours, we were offered top-dollar value for our trade-in and had been approved for our loan for a new vehicle. We walked out of there being owners of a new 2013 Kia Soul(Sport Edition). This was the absolute BEST vehicle buying experience EVER!!! Everyone was so nice to us and for that we are eternally grateful. On a last note, we decided that Pam really puts the "P" in her name: patient, personable, professional,passionate, pleasant, polite, proficient,precious, and above all...PRICELESS!!! Thanks again, Pam, for making us feel good about ourselves and for believing in us!!!
