Len stoler employees are not as friendly as they used to be when I first bought my first car back in 2010. The good customer service I received back in 2010 made me go back to them in 2016 to buy another car from them and introduced them to my family who also started buying cars there. Last year November 2016 I went to buy a second car from them but unfortunately this time I was sold a bad car as I started having issues with the car after just 5 months from the date of purchase. The battery and the transmission failed so I towed the car back to them thats where I met the most unfriendly staff including the managers and mike from the service department (not mike mazor). The transmission was covered under the warranty but I felt like I shouldnt have to pay for that battery too after just 5 months of buying the car. A month later As I continue to have issues with the car they sold me and it was costing me money I decided to give them another chance again to see if they can help me with a new car. I spoke to salesman Andre in the len stoler Hyundai who was rude and asked to speak to his manager dameon who was rude as well so I walked away didnt buy the car cuz they were unfriendly. Almost Three weeks ago 7/10/17 the car they sold me back in November of 2016 broke down again as it was having transmission issues again. I towed it back to len stoler but this time I couldnt take it no more but to trade it in and get a new car so I went to ford department this time as I was entering the department a salesman was telling me to move my car in a rude way( thats not the way to welcome customers ). I met Christopher doe who was friendly but that was before the sale was finalized. He showed me a car that fits my budget and I went with it cuz I liked the car but I notice the front bumper was moving a little and he promised me he will make sure I get the bumper fixed once the sale is finalized( which was a lie) . The next day I had to jump start the car cuz the battery was dead so I called Chris who was rude so I asked to speak to the manager and he transferred me to mark who told me to come in he will take care of me which he did. A week later I was scheduled to drop off my car to get the bumper fixed so I dropped off the car and waited for 38min and Sarah from the collision department brought the keys back and said the bumper was fixed which was a lie . I didnt check the work cuz I was rushing to go to my part time job because I live an hour away. And when I got home I was tired from working all day so I completely forgot to check the bumper until the weekend when I was washing my car I noticed the bumper was still the same way it was the day I bought the car from their lot. I called Chris to inform him about the situation and he was not trying to listen and he hung the phone up on me. I called back and he answered and I asked to speak to his manager and he said he is the manager and hung the phone up. Thats unprofessional. Until today my bumper is not fixed and they r refusing to fix it and I feel like the staff at len stoler are not honest which is unethical.. I decided to give them a second chance after they sold me a bad car with a bad battery but they failed me again because they lied about fixing my bumper.. I drove an hour away to come buy a car from them and skipped all the car dealerships towards my way but this how badly they treated me. It is sad to find out that they sold me a lemon car and still not wanting to fix my bumper of the new car I just bought from them two weeks ago. I will not not buy anything from them again in the future as they have let me down twice.. Im not very happy about the whole situation

STAY FAR AWAY. RUN This is the worse car experience I have ever had EVER. I have never bought an American car before and decided I wanted to support and try something new. What a slap in the face. I saw a 2015 ford taurus sho online with 11k miles and thought it was a good deal. So I called and spoke to used cars salesman Chris who was very friendly at first but after the deal was done. They did 180. I drove my car for less then a week and it all of the sudden would not go into reverse. I called Len Stoler to tell them what happen and the GM of the ford at Len Stoler said dont worry your going to see why you did business with us. I felt good and thought he was a man of his word. Sad to say his word holds no weight and the entire store has done nothing to help me. They gave me 1800. Number to call ford and 3 weeks later I still dont have my car fixed. Its at sheey ford in Springfield they actually have been helping me with this problem. S oo I will never recommend LEN STOLER TO ANYONE. WORSE OFF THE WORSE SALES AND BUSINESS PRACTICES EVER. If you work hard for your money run away from people like this who take advantage of good hard working tax paying people. Shame on you LEN STOLER UPDATE Len Stoler has still not called me in regards to the lemon they sold me. I just got the car back from sheey ford in Springfield va. They did a transmission rebuild on a car that has only 11k miles and now my car is STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY. This is the worse car experience I have ever been in or heard of. I think it needs a new transmission. I am now still going to be out of a car. They dont even offer a loaner to customers. I will NEVER BUY A FORD EVER AGAIN SAD TO SAY. Len stoler or anyone from.his team has even called me back after leaving numerous messages. Still weeks later have not even got a call back. SHEEY FORD of Springfield VA took ownership of the issuse and had the transmission overhauled. It is working good They actually care about the brand and the customers. Go there if you work hard for your money. Well worth it. LEN STOLER does not deserve your business. Save yourself a huge headache. Update: my car has now some other people LEN STOLER sold me lemon. Worse business EVER!!!! UPDATE: MANGEMENT NEVER REACHED OUT I HAD TO CALL AND PRESSURE THEM DAILY THE RESPOSE FROM THE COMPANY IS A LIE THEY DONT CARE PERIOD. GOODLUCK BOUGHT NEW 2017 FORD EDGE SPORT FROM KOONS FORD AND THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AND WAS BOUGHT BACK UNDER LEMON LAW. FORD ARE THE WORSE PRODUCTS DONE WITH FORD FOREVER

We went in to purchase a vehicle for our shop. The vehicle was mainly to be used for towing. After already doing our homework on knowing which vehicle we wanted, the salesman did not know what they had on the lot (we saw their inventory online). Salesman was very knowledgeable on the vehicle, but it turned out not to be what we really wanted. We asked again about another vehicle and the salesman knew nothing about it (saw online it showed they had another vehicle), turns out that it was not there and needed to be brought over. After coming back in another day to look at the vehicle once it was brought over from another lot, we decided to purchase it. This is where they played their games, the salesman gave us a price, we were already pre approved for a loan with a set interest rate. We get into financing and they have the borrowed amount higher then the set price from the salesman. They also try to give us a higher finance rate then we were approved for, as we got up 3 times to walk out (stating we will bring them a check from our finance company), they finally matched our pre approved rate. After having the vehicle for a week or so, the front outer steering linkage started to rust real bad. We called our salesman and he said to bring it by to look at. With it being our busy season, we were unable to get in for a couple weeks. That brought us to putting about 1100 miles on the vehicle, which we then noticed another issue. The left rear tire was starting to have chunks of tread ripping out of it (all others fine). We go to the dealer and get our salesman, he then proceeds to take us down to service. We sit around for 40min while 2 service writers go back and forth. One service writer finally takes the situation, has a technician glance at the truck, goes to the service manager, goes to the sales manager and then comes back to tell us that they will do nothing and that’s the way it is supposed to be. Very unacceptable manors from a place that we just spent a boat load of money for buying a vehicle. Thankfully Ford stepped up and we are getting it taken care of at another dealer!
