These guys are a dynamic team and full of energy to ensure that you have the best experience possible. Not only can you trust these guys to give you a 110% percent with all your automotive sales and finance needs they will also provide you the best customer service available. Trust me!! My wife and I have done a tremendous amount of business here and I can’t thank these guys for making every transaction a quick and enjoyable one. Looking forward to do business with Zach Williams, Drew Malsbury and Cavalier Ford at Chesapeake Square in the future! ~JB My father has always purchased a new ford from Cavalier Ford (6-Vehicles) and told me that I should continue the family legacy. Like most sons, we dont necessarily listen to all of our fathers advice. I have been through multiple dealers (Priority Chevrolet and Beach Ford) and experience every emotion you could possible go through especially during financing and service. Ha-ha. Talk about priority for life...I hope you plan your schedule around Priority because you will never get a schedule appointment on your time...Cavalier Ford was committed and made sure that both parties is in a win-win situation. Drew (Sales Agent at Cavalier Ford) was on top of every question and was committed in deliver excellent customer service! I guess I should have listen to my father the first time! If I could give this place zero or negative stars, I would (the minimum stars is 1). I scheduled an appointment to repair my right rear turn signal. I figured it would take 30 minutes, no more than an hour or so to fix it (turned out only a bulb needed replacing). I also asked if they could do an oil change, since I needed to get one. They said yes. After 3 hours of waiting and seeing about a half dozen people who brought their car in AFTER me, and left BEFORE me, I finally inquire about the status of my car. Apparently, my car had already been fixed and the keys/invoice were laying on the desk at the Service Dept. The guy at the Service Dept said the technician must have laid it on his desk while he was at lunch and didnt see it there. Thats a LAME excuse. They did not charge me because they admitted replacing a bulb shouldnt take 3+ hours, but how much did that really save me? $50? $75? I asked him about the oil change (that I saw the receptionist write on the invoice that it was a service I added) and he didnt know anything about it. He apologized and said they could do it real quick, but I declined... I had already wasted enough time with this dealership. Needless to say Im never coming back here. Thank God I didnt buy my car here. If anyone asks me to recommend a Ford dealership, it will definitely not be this one.

I was looking for a 2014 Ford Fusion, white with tan leather, large touchscreen and fog lights. I wanted an SE-Eco-boost and I found it at Cavalier Ford Chesapeake Square. I went to another dealership first and worked with them for days with no luck. I just didnt get the care that I thought my wife and should have received. I’d like to thank Drew Malsbury and the sales leadership at Cavalier for making this the most painless new car buying experience we have ever had. From the moment I stepped into the sales center I was impressed with the attitude, experience and knowledge of the sales staff. Drew showed me all of the options for Ford Fusions and explained the X plan to me. The other dealership didnt show me anything concerning the X plan. I found the car that my wife was looking for right there on the lot and it was a 2015. Cavalier let me take it for the night so I could show it to my wife. She loved it and we bought it the next day. Drew and the people at Cavalier were ready when we walked in and in about an hour we were driving home in her new 2015 Fusion. I will tell my friends and family about Cavalier Ford Chesapeake Square for sure. Thank you Drew Malsbury, that was completely painless. My wife loves her car.

Worst dealership Ive had to deal with bought my car hear and was lied to on multiple occasions. Have been stupid enough to come back to get service done under "warranty" slow service that is expensive. And todays final straw which will be the last time I come here is almost 3 hours into an "appointment" for 4 new tires find out they waited until a price match was approved to even start putting them on. The fact that this dealership has managed to stay open is proof that miracles do happen or mabey curses are real is closer to the truth! In the 6-8 times Ive had to come hear never have I had a good experience thats absolutely rediculous! Ill be driving the farther distance to get a dealer that might have a clue how to conduct business next time! Update- we are now over 4 hours and they are at lunch. Screw this place! The one star this place does get is after my review they actually contacted me to see if there magically any way they could keep my business and explain why they had take over 5 hours to put 4 tires on and check the alignment.

I had my vehicle towed to the dealership on a Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning I received a phone call from the service department which ended with a "we will take a look at your vehicle". I was under the impression that it was being worked on at that very moment. Wednesday passes without any word. Thursday I call and my vehicle still havent been looked at yet. Once again Im told that "we will look at it today". Friday comes around and my vehicle is still parked on the lot. I go inside and make face-to-face meeting. Im told once again that "we will try to get to it today" in a very brash attitude. Now its Saturday. I drive out to the lot and my vehicle is still sitting out there and still hasnt been looked at. Im very frustrated and the service department doesnt seem to have a care in the world. If they wouldve been up-front and honest with me from the beginning, I couldve made other plans to have it worked on somewhere else so that I couldve met my deadline to have it back. Thank you Cavalier for nothing.

Ive been a customer of this Cavalier Ford location since I bought my first Mustang in 2009, and have had nothing but positive experiences there. Theyve always been helpful and knowledgeable in my needs, and I find their costs to be reasonable for a dealership. Their star employee is of course Phil Causey in the Service Department, who always goes the extra mile and Ive relied on him heavily over the years, because we have built a trusting relationship and I know he has our best interests in mind. Ive taken every car I own to him, and have even had my husband take his vehicles to Phil as well. Just about any of my friends who live nearby have heard me speak highly of Phil and Cavalier, and several have also taken their vehicles there and left happy. We really love this dealership and service department, they are the best Ford location in the Hampton Roads area to do business with, and I have also enjoyed their new building upgrades- very swanky!
